Limited menu when I asked if they had any gluten free toast was told no requested no toast and Xtra hash browns. I order their cheese steak cheesy eggs. Waitress brought order with toast I didn't want no extra hash browns steak was cold hash browns were cold and eggs were so runny could pour them off the plate. Checked the order ticket no mention of Xtra hash browns!! Tried to flag down 3 waitresses including mine got no response from anyone. A truly miserable experience can not recommend this waffle house to anyone try the next exit maybe !!!!!

Someone on each station: Greeter to help seat everyone because it was busy. Meat...Bacon sausage ham Toast & waffles Eggs, pancakes, & hashbrowns 1 manager calling the orders & organizing 3 taking and bringing orders & cleaning tables & dishes In, ate & left in 23 minutes!

We all know Waffle House has good food, but what pushed my dining experience over the top was my waitress Kim. She was extremely pleasant, checked in on us, and Never dropped her smile!

This Waffle House in particular is top notch. The food is great , the service is insanely fast, and everyone is friendly and smiling and tells you Good Morning as soon as you walk through the door. Unfortunately, not mentioned in the previous, 1 star review was the fact that the manager had burned himself badly, and was away from all cooking and production surfaces, and was tending to himself in the hand sink washing area. This restaurant and staff takes very good care of the people of this town. I am beyond thankful.

Unfortunately I had to witness the manager (Seth) picking at a nasty scab on his arm behind the counter, allowing the scabs to fall on the floor. It instantly turned my stomach. My waitress assured me (well Amber) me he wasn't on the grill etc.etc. It's quite sad a manager would behave in this manner. Returning from her table (Amber) told him to go the back. He washed his hands for like two seconds and then flicked water on her. Unprofessional all across the board. @WaffleHouse this should NOT be the standard. They didn't bring me a ticket...I didn't ask for my meal to be on the house. But I certainly wasn't going to beg for the check after what I witnessed. I did tip my server. Please do better. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

Dont tip the waitress jane on third shift i tipped out 20$ asking it to be spread between her and the cook apparantly ot never made its way to the cooks pocket and the other waitresses have had expierience of her taking their tips.
12/12/24 @3 am two ladies working this morning but I didn't catch their names. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was very attentive and kind. The cook was very polite, in good spirits with a huge 😃 smile. She cooked my breakfast perfectly 👌. The over medium eggs were top-notch!
