Employee at counter didn't greet us. The ladies room door didn't lock and the manager must know since she knocked before barging in on me. Food was not made correctly had to ask for french fries that weren't disgusting. No tea on the counter or in the machine had to ask again for it. Not given my receipt to complain to corporate but this place was dead and it will not last with current management.

Never even got to order. The drive through was backed up through the entire parking lot, went inside and there were a couple folks ahead of us so we stood there.... and stood there and stood there... 20 min done passed and I hadnt moved in line so we left and went elsewhere.. there was no warm invite when we walked in the door, lightning for dark outside was horrible on the inside for the dinning experience..

This place doesn’t deserve a good review at all. But I’m gonna give it a one star. The cashiers/manager/and all the employees at this store are PURE OUT DANG RUDE…won’t even let customers finish there orders and keep talking over customers trying order….can’t even count money when people trying pay for there food. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB AND BE POLITE TO CUSTOMER THEN STAY HOME!!!
i don’t usually leave reviews like this BUT whoever the woman working at the second window in the drive thru today around 12:15 PM, you’re just straight up RUDE. slamming the window in my face while i’m mid sentence talking to you?? you literally gave me the wrong size coffee (i paid for medium & you gave me a small that was like four sips & had absolutely no flavor), & the two frosties i got for my kids were also the wrong size & completely wrong flavor. can you not read or what?? the attitude was completely uncalled for. the woman at the first window was so nice too. but YOU?? wow. kindness is free & not that hard honestly. find a different place to work if you hate your job this much

Love the new Frostys, I buy 2 a day. I the Carmel Crunch, the other one a Carmel Swirl. And I apologize for the other day. It could of been handled a little better than it did. Because I was trying to let the server know that, even though I wanted large ones I was gonna still take the small ones since that's what I paid for and buy the largest too. But the Manager GRABBED THE SMALL ONES AND SHOVED THEM TO ME RUDELY AND SAID THIS IS WHAT YOU PAID FOR, SO THIS IS WHAT YOU GET. I really do like Marianna Wendy's and that manage
