Was quite busy. Servicewas backed up. Our server Yzariah ask us if we could wait a couple minutes while she helped catch up the food line. Took 3 1/2 minutes and Yazariah and staff had it caught up. She took our order, I was ecstatic when I asked if vanilla Frosty were back yet. She asked her food line leader and was told they could accomplish it. Food was cooked to perfection. We're not much on fries, but they were even delicious. I complimented the chefs afterwards. Everyone was joyous and friendly. Our new favorite stop.

Come through the drive thru at 6:30 asked to order 2 large chili they said they didn't have none so I went ahead and ordered 2 bacon and cheese potatoes and 2 cheeseburger get to the window and pay they tell me they have to cook the potatoes to pull forward didn't give ant time frame. I have been sittimg here for now 30 mins waiting. Seen a girl come outside asked her if she knew how long it was gonna be she was so damn rude told me she didn't know threw her hands up and walked inside. Then you have the manager sitting in the lobby on her phone while people are waiting for their food for Over 30 damn minutes now. This is ridiculous lazy ass managers and rude crew members. You all need to hire some real people at this location instead of the lazy incompetent ones you have.

My experience at this store (Marianna)was the worst. This Wendy's has a reputation for bad service and bad attitude of workers. One particular but was not able to get her name.
The poor little young lady was doing double duty, running register and meal prep, while this other heavy set woman was doing nothing. And I mean nothing. We stood in line for a minimum of 5 minutes. I'm not lying. The lady in front of me was, of course, there the longest. She was not acknowledged, and the overweight woman yelled at me when I asked for help, Not kidding yelled, including whom I think was shift manager. And the poor young lady who was doing double duty when this heavyset woman just stood there looking at us, not doing anything. I asked the young lady the name of the heavyset woman. She would not give me the information for fear of losing her job. Just sad!
Like I said, a bad reputation. I've been there when others have been treated with disrespect.
I know that this will probably fall on deaf ears. But don't say you weren't told.

Ordered the baconator triple there's supposed to be bacon on every layor and there is one piece of bacon split into two tiny pieces on the top bunk. Food is cold fries are cold service was slow no napkins tables are all dirty. Paid 32 dollars for cold burgers that aren't even what we asked for. Tried to get someone's attention waited seven min and no one even helped us. Will not be coming back here.

Staff always has an attitude. Order never right. You sit 10 minutes at speaker before they even take your order when there’s no one at either window. You come in at 630 to get breakfast when they open and sit st the speaker for 5 mins before saying hello and the woman says oh it’ll be a moment. You ask how long and she don’t know. If you can’t wake up on time to open your store on time just say so. Multiple requests for general manager to call about complaints and no follow thru. This location is the worst. Only stop by if you have 30 minutes to spend in line for lukewarm food

Wendys has gone downhill significantly in the past couple of years. This location is no exception. It is not very clean. The service is really not exemplary. And the food is very low quality. It made my husband and I sick. We will not return, despite giving them many chances
