Great staff! Very friendly servers and the floor staff are the most pleasant I have encountered in a fast food business in years. I felt right at home.

Been sitting outside in zone 2 for 11 minutes. Clicked I'm here when I arrived. I have seen 3 or 4 card go through drive through the whole time. It happens every single time. Just start over. I'll use my points for one last order and then I wont be back here. Terrible customer service.

How do you make below average fried chicken?
The kids working there are great. I gave atmosphere a 3, but I was in drive through. There isn't a button for drive through

I was impressed how efficient they were at lunch today. We pulled in at 11:30 and the drive thru was almost out into the road so we went inside. I still expected a wait, but was pleasantly surprised when my food came out within 5 minutes. Even the drive thru line was clearing out. It was yummy, and the employees were great. The young man with glasses at the register was very pleasant and great with the guests. I wish I'd gotten his name. Anyway 10/10 would recommend.

One thing i will add is that the floors were pretty slippery. A wet floor sign might be warranted next time its sprinkling out.

Heard hype about this place for years finally decided to check it out with a couple of different options off the menu. We got the spicy Zax’s chicken sandwich which was absolute dog water. The sauce was horrible, flavored with lots of vinegar. The fries might as well have been boiled they were so soft (also with no seasoning). The chicken strips were also bland. The sweet tea wasn’t too bad, probably the best thing we got. The whole thing was highly overrated and overpriced. If somebody asked for a recommendation I would tell them to go to KFC and we absolutely despise KFC.

Never trust the drive thru. I never get the sauces I order, or they ring it up wrong entirely. I don't know if it's a speaker issue or they're just that inattentive.

Every single time I go to this location I am told to pull forward and they will bring my food out. I do love fresh food but did you have to kill the chicken too? I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. I would have driven off but they had my money already, I was hungry and I couldn't get out of my vehicle because I am on oxygen.

Ordered 2 orders of eggrolls
A 4pc tender and chicken fajitas, they told us to pull over to wait for egg rolls, ok fine... they only brought us one order out by that time my husband noticed there was only 3 tenders In his box instead of 4, so they had to go get it, while they was headed to get the tender my daughter noticed she only got 2 egg rolls instead of 4 so had to tell them they missed those too per the receipt....we leave and are heading home I finally get to eat my chicken fajita only to find out its a freaking chicken bacon ranch wrap... not cool zaxbys! Get your night shift under control!!! Worst experience ever and I don't even like eating zaxbys I just wanted to see if the fajita was any good... do better yall

We had the three finger meals and a few wings and things. The boneless chicken was better than the strips. Loved the Asian flavor. The buffalo was super good too. Prefer the boneless wings to the strip meals. The bread is good. Not great. The fries are really meaty and warm and crunchy. Thanks Carrie for your help. You made ordering easy. For people who have Canes and not Zaxbys it’s a little different ordering. Prices were not bad. 6 people ate for under $70. The place was clean. Food was hot and fast. Love the soda machine. I ended up spilling my drink and Carrie was quick to politely clean it up for me. I felt so bad.

I watched the workers yell at a Mexican guy like a dog because he couldn't understand them. He left without eating. Ruined my appetite and his as well. Nobody should be treated that way and I am more than disappointed.
