Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve had the boneless wings many times before with no issue, but tonight they were shriveled up, tiny, dry, mostly breading which was tough to find a spot a plastic fork would even get through. It was a little over an hour before closing and they were swamped with people, they probably didn’t want to put on a new batch which would’ve taken a bit longer to serve.

So the guy on the register she not be upfront. I walked up said hi, and started ordering. I noticed the guy was just looking at me swiping his finger across his shirt. I said I’m sorry I don’t know what that means… He said name. I told him my name, which was on the front of my shirt may I add because I was in uniform, and he continued to just say what to me. Finally I just spelled it for him. He then took my order and I left. I try to be nice because customer service is a difficult job, but do we need to make it hard for me to be nice? Nice goes both ways. If you want to have bad service with people who are mean go for it but being rude just for fun is not cool.

It's a hit and miss location.
Occasionally it looks like the commercials and is large pieces of chicken and is tasty
Sometimes the chicken is chewy and rubbery.
Today was dried rocks and breaks the fork.
I only stop because of the location when I'm in Marianna. Next time I'll just microwave Tyson nuggets and not even try

This is probably the lowest I have ever given a Zaxbys... Reason being like the hood on a weekend night, this location always seems to have something going on. Power reset, random system crashes, register malfunctions, etc etc... within a month I count 5 times they were down and unable to do business during lunch.. Need some serious I.T work

I had their wrap. It was good size. It filled me. I’m no small fellow. I also like their Cobb zalad. My wife had the 3 little chicken sandwiches, I forget what they are called. We have always enjoyed our meal there.

Don’t go here if you’re in a time crunch. We’ve waited a solid 25 minutes and still don’t have our food. This place is horrific!!!

Good food. Served fast and with a smile. I would suggest that they have a way to substitute sides though. I didn't want fries, I was more into the cheese bites but there was no way to just not get the fries which resulted in getting food I didn't want on top of paying extra for the food I did want.

Great staff! Very friendly servers and the floor staff are the most pleasant I have encountered in a fast food business in years. I felt right at home.

Been sitting outside in zone 2 for 11 minutes. Clicked I'm here when I arrived. I have seen 3 or 4 card go through drive through the whole time. It happens every single time. Just start over. I'll use my points for one last order and then I wont be back here. Terrible customer service.

How do you make below average fried chicken?
The kids working there are great. I gave atmosphere a 3, but I was in drive through. There isn't a button for drive through
