I don't know if anyone ever goes in this place to eat, but the drive through is HOPPIN' lunch time. In addition to being one the very few food establishments CLOSE to base, they have EXQUISITE customer service, hot and tasty curly fries, and mediocre roast beef sandwiches. :)

Undoubtedly the best Arby’s on the chain in the panhandle and south Alabama! This manager knows what she’s doing With her staff! Jasmine is wonderful, Chloe is beautiful and sweet, the cook was friendly and did a good fried turkey sandwich! Best place for fast food that doesn’t even feel like fast food! The atmosphere and cordial interactions cannot be beat! Keep up the great work and God bless guys

My mother and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of the 4 for 10 roast beefs (2 add swiss) and a chicken sandwich. When we got home, we had only received 4 reg roast beef, the 2 add cheese, and the chicken sandwich. My mother called to let them know and to see if maybe she could just get her sandwiches the next day. The lady that answered was extremely rude and insisted all the sandwiches were there, and she had bagged them herself. After a few minutes of arguing with her, I just told my mom to hang up. Never had a problem here until last Friday. Since when do you argue with customers? Got ripped off for $4 or $5 with no replacement or refund.

Georgiana Reynolds is the manager and I’ve only visited the store once before and she knew who I was. Very encourage me to try some additional items and although it’s 10 miles from my house I always look forward to heading that direction. Good job Georgiana.

Kid-friendliness: It's fast food, so it's an option for families with kids. I do not know if they offer an actual menu/meals marketed to little ones, so if that's important to your kids, you'll wanna call or Google beforehand.
Wheelchair accessibility: Level parking spots wheel into a one story, level building that is hardly ever crowded inside, so I'd imagine wheelchair accessibility is pretty decent, compared to other food places nearby :)
