1st off The lady that took our order was rude and had the entire energy of I want to be anywhere but here. Then they kept messing up our order multiple times. We asked for four of something they gave us three of something we asked for a meal they charged us for everything individually and never gave us a drink. As well as other items off of our order that were just completely missing they completely left part of it on the hot stove

I got an OCS meal, asked for it to be plain. Got my order and fries were cold, but I was going to eat them until I discovered my sandwich had mayo on it. Went back and asked them to remake, they pulled me around to the side and said they were cooking fresh fries. Well, a minute or so later I am brought my order remake and thank the worker graciously. My new order’s sandwich has lettuce on it and my fries are greasy and half cooked…. I don’t understand how hard it is to cook the food and serve it properly? I tried to call the store to speak with a manager to resolve the issue(the second time trying to resolve this issue) and the call was never answered and no answering machine. Needless to say I will not be returning 🙄

We usually don’t do fast food but, we were on our way back from HD and had truck loaded with building materials, it was about 4:30pm nobody inside and no one in drive thru so we thought we’d drive thru quickly and pick up something- “WRONG”? We placed our order, pulled up and payed and the lady told us to pull forward , she would bring our order out. (2 Whopper meals). As we sat there waiting, now 10 minutes, 3 other cars are now waiting in drive thru for their order. One person pulls in and goes inside. Still WAITING, now 20 min.!! A guy comes out and gives us our watered down drinks after half the ice has melted-but, still NO Hamburgers- It’s now going on 30 minutes- And there hasn’t been anybody else that has went inside or in the drive thru- so we’re wondering what’s the hold up !!??- We watch the ones behind us in drive thru-getting angrily impatient -giving us the EVIL EYE -to the point where I want to jump out and YELL-IT’S NOT US- WE ONLY ORDERED 2 Hamburger meals‼️ A guy gets out behind us and goes inside, you could tell he was “HANGRY”- After 40 minutes, employee comes out with our bag of hamburgers and the “Hangry “ guy right behind him yelling “Ya’ll ain’t even wearing gloves handling that food!!”-? And to beat all they gave us the WRONG HAMBURGERS!!? Never Again!!

Ordered one meal on the app for drive thru. They told me to pull around with the other two cars. Waited 10 minutes and they got their food, waited another 10 minutes and the car behind me got there food before me. Still waiting while the employee is chatting with the car behind me. Hate this BK.

Yikes. Pulled into the drive thru at 11:14 am. Made it to the speaker at 11:20am and then they said the speaker is broken and to order at the window. It took so long everyone behind us in line backed out and we did too. Put in an order on the app at 11:24am and went inside. We still haven't received our food at 11:43am. They only have three people working with broken equipment. That's management's fault. I feel bad for the employees. Whopper? More like Whoopsie.
