Horrible service from the manager today. She ignored me at the counter until she finally chose to acknowledge me at all. Once she bagged my items, she then turned around and tossed it onto the counter at me, then turn her back on me and walked off. This location has been on a continual decline, and after today, I will not go back. I once worked there while in high school over 40 year ago, there's a huge difference between then and now for sure.

They make you pull up and sit but they don't bring multiple bags out insists that you pull up "trying to fix" the wait times but you still end up waiting 2x as long they are not efficient at all and it's an absolute joke out of all

The manager had a bad attitude before we went to order. The way she spoke to us was very rude and the food was not fresh. They were out if half the sodas they offer and our order was incomplete. We emailed headquarters and they never responded. Taking my business somewhere where people are appreciated. What a shame. This location really sucks.

Let me preface this by saying, I hardly make reviews. If I leave a bad review it’s because I had an awful experience. To begin with the drive through worker was not very nice. She said my gift card declined and had to have someone else come do it. Took like 5 minutes and they slammed the door cause it was closed. After that was sorted out I checked the bag. Like it has happened a million times at this location they messed up the order and didn’t give me my onion rings. When I told her she went “oh I forgot. I need your card” and I didn’t mind that but she never apologized? And wasn’t very nice about it either. They have done this a million times and it is so frustrating. The food is fine but they are NOT organized and the customer service is awful. They almost always mess up orders.

This Burger King was short staffed, I’m assuming due to it being New Year’s Eve but the overall experience is not worth coming back here again. The food was barely warm even though we had to wait 10 minutes for them to make it and most of the tables were dirty with crumbs. The staff was apologetic for the wait but it just seems like Burger King has really gone down hill.
