El Paso Mary Esther

Tonight, I had dinner with family. Everyone's order was by all accounts good. My Carnitas de cerdo (braised pieces of pork) burrito, was soooooo dry, that no amount of salsa verde could moistened the meat. An epic failure to what is a staple dish in Mexican restaurants.

Love coming here every time I’m in town. Food is very good, including the chips and bean dip. Quick, attentive service.

This place is off the mf chain. The 2x1 margaritas are out of this world and will put you in another dimension. The food is as authentic as it comes and the atmosphere is on point. Definitely our go to Mexican restaurant

Best and most authentic Mexican restaurant in Fort Walton Beach! Delicious food and drinks are priced better than any of the tourist trap restaurants in the area and nice big portions! The carnitas plate, chimichanga, and Pancho Villa plate are out personally favorites. Great background music over the speakers as well.

The Margarita's were pretty bland (and didn't taste like they had any alcohol.). We were super hopeful given the reviews from other "customers". Sadly the best thing was the side of jalapenos and black beans. We tried different margaritas (house and peach, but the peach one was only slightly better and tasted similar to a sex on the beach.)

I have been eating at El Paso in Mary Esther for years and the food is always GREAT, not even once I left the restaurant disappointed. The service is always top notch, last night our server was Carlos and he was polite, friendly and provided us with a great service like we expected. Carlos was not pressuring us to eat and leave like in other restaurants. I will give 10 stars if I can.

Been coming here frequently for the past two years. Everything is always hot, fresh, flavorful and quick. Never had one issue.. except margaritas being to good ?
I always order the chili releno, chicken quesadilla, chili con carne and rice. So good!!
Chips, salsa and beans are fire too! The tall gentleman serving is amazing and provides top tier service.
