“The staff has always been professional and polite. Today, as I waited in line, I noticed signs posted for the staff mentioning their timing and how they can do better. They are written in a manner that makes it clear they want to boost their team, which is great. However, I think it should not go unnoticed that many times I have seen someone working alone, or with just two people, and the lines are long. Yet, staff is still friendly and clearly doing their best to keep things moving. They have online orders, drive through orders, as well as walk in customers (and many more responsibilities, I’m sure). This morning a young lady, Dana, was in there hustling! She kept a smile on her face, was polite with every interaction and handled the task at hand with efficiency. In today’s society, it’s not often you are met with such kindness and grace in the service industry…so thank you, Dana, it was noticed and appreciated!“

“Fantastic bowl! Never had one like it and will miss it now that we are gone. I have celiac and everything I got was very safe! Cute atmosphere. So fun! Wish we had one of these in our state. Huge servings!

“The ice cream is amazing my mom and I enjoyed it very much. The lady working there gave us a lot of samples to try some ice cream. I recommend for kids and family to go get some Gelato. The service is amazing, the workers there are friendly. Might take a little time to get you ice cream because of how busy it might get. The atmosphere is great just the floor is kind of dirty, will for sure come here again. Thanks Pino Gelato Cafe!!!“
