I love their burgers. The staff was extremely nice. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good meal that's quick and on the go!

I eat at Krystals because I like White Castle hamburgers and we don't have one, but this particular store is as close to WC as any Krystal I have tried. Day time Manager is very good, and pays attention to detail. Food is always well prepared when he's there... 😋 👌

I went to Krystal’s today while I was in town and I just had to leave a review for the sweet woman that was working around 12:30 today. I did not catch her name but she was great! She was patient when I wasn’t ready to order. Thorough in reading my order back to me and was such a pleasure when I got to the window. I really hope she sees this and gets recognition for being such breath of fresh air. I hate to say it but customer service is almost non existent in fast food today but that definitely was not the case today!

I really wouldn't know because it says that it's open 24 hours online we drove 45 mins from Santa rosa beach and they were closed at 11. But no where did it say that online. It's very disappointing when a restaurant that says it's open 24 hours is in fact, not open 24 hours at all. Lying is not nice.

The place was open, but nobody would take my order. I went to the drive-through and said excuse me. I’m ready to order about five times. Then I drove to the drive-through window and nobody was there, but it was obvious somebody was in there. I guess they just didn’t want to work that night.

My husband raved about these burgers, so I decided that we'd get lunch from there. It was my first time eating from here... I got 24 slider burgers, and I got some spicy chicken wings. I tried one of his little sliders. It was fresh and tasty. I really enjoyed my wings, tho! I loved the spiciness! They were hot and super fresh and had a nice crisp to them. I would definitely order those wings again! They were a 9/10 for me!

Ordered 5 hamburgers with no pickle, and then was asked my order again at the window. Paid $ 9 and received my order. when I arrived home I found that I had indeed received 5 cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers. I eat 1 and found it to be the nastiest tasting burger I have every had. Threw the remaing 4 burgers in the trash. Didn't waste my time going back and will not the future either. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU.
