every order so bad we stopped going. my favorite chain restaurant, but this location is absolutely abysmal. stale, cold, wrong, tap water fountain drinks, hour+ to get food *EVERY TIME*. amazed it hasn't closed yet.

Waited ten minutes for ONE vehicle to get their rather small order. After we paid we were asked to pull forward, they would have our food out in five minutes. No one thought to throw the meet on the grill when it was ordered? Or will they not make food until they receive payment because they’re so use to people driving off?

It says online it was 24/7 yet no one was answering and we sat at the drive through for 15 minutes! No one else was there. If it’s not 24 hours don’t advertise it! I know I’m out just vote but at least put it on the website. I was so exited for my slider. So. Excited. But now I’m crying in my car eating Taco Bell. Thanks Krystals. Thanks

I've been enjoying this very much I'm eating there too much the past week and a half to tell you the truth. But see I'm down from New York I used to live here we don't have these in New York. Don't want to hear disappoints me a little bit is the time frame when you go in there and time you leave I think they need to have one more employee during lunch time but besides that Barry please the guy's been wonderful everybody's been delicious French fries are hot burgers are awesome and that's it

I eat at Krystals because I like White Castle hamburgers and we don't have one, but this particular store is as close to WC as any Krystal I have tried. Day time Manager is very good, and pays attention to detail. Food is always well prepared when he's there... 😋 👌
