I have been twice this week and have asked for my items a certain way also asked for fresh fries and each time food was cold and not prepared to my standards McDonald's is just going down hill of your employees don't wanna do the job then tell them to find something else sad

Went In for a sausage McGriddle and orange juice. OJ was extremely watered down, hopefully their machine was just struggling and they did not cut it with water. Got a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle instead of how I ordered it. Thankfully the food was cooked well, just frustrated that such a simple order while it was slow was completed so poorly.
There was a short Asian girl chugging a model as I was grabbing my food through the drive through this morning around 5:40 am August 8th please review the footage and fire this women drinking in the job is terrible

At 1155a, 7/28, I stopped by the McDonald's on Hwy 98 @ Parish Point, Mary Esther, FL. I normally don't use this location for to-go orders, but was getting lunch for wife at home. I ordered at the kiosk, requesting a Big Mac meal, Lg and a Deluxe Qtr Pounder w/Chees meal, medium. I went to the cashier to pay and she had to re-ring the entire order, supposedly due to issues with the kiosk. My order came up shortly afterwards, but when I get home, I have a Qtr Pounder w/cheese but no lettuce/tomato, and a 10-piece nuggets instead of the Big Mac!

The most incompetent McDonalds I have ever been to. The ENTIRE staff was very unaware that most McDonalds in the warmer regions sell bags of ice. And above all, the wait was 15 minutes.
