I am a Door Dasher and I arrived at the store for a pickup tell the girl the exact name I need she says it will be a few more minutes, I wait. They finally get the order ready even though I know the person's name. They don't have any kind of screen saying orders they're working on with the people's name. The girl asked to see my phone to see the name. First time they've ever done this to me I go here a dozen times a week. I simply said okay but it doesn't make sense how else am I going to know the person's name and showed my phone. And then some other overweight girl with tats all over gets involved and then another girl gets involved making something out of nothing. Tat girl says God bless you in a condescending way. And actually talking under her breath saying she doesn't care if order is late it doesn't affect her. Another says I'll pray for you. I just want the order and I want the order on time if possible. Instead it was late as usual. And I was having a great day before I had to deal with these girls attitudes. And I feel the only way to make my day better is to write this review. Now maybe I sound a little loud but that's because of a medical condition. Called tinnitus which causes my ears to ring all the time. Which causes me to talk a little bit louder. So hopefully it wasn't the tone of my voice that made these other girls interject themselves into mine in that girl's conversation. But I think people should stay out of other people's business when they aren't spoken to. Instead of making something out of nothing.

Wow, got another order from them and got trespassed for a year all because of that delivery. And when I walked into the store on this delivery I sat my phone counter for them to see and never said a word. Then they got manager.

Ordered a doordash order and they forgot my small mac and cheese. I called and let them know and whoever I spoke to on the phone was very very nice and apologetic! I asked if they could upgrade my new order of mac and cheese to a large since I had to pay for another. Not only did they happily do that, they also added 2 bags of chips (which are my fav) and a huge cookie!! I was surprised and very pleased when I opened the bag. Thank you so much to whoever I spoke to and made my order right today!! That is what customer service is all about :)

Went through the drive through like I always do and asked for extra lettuce also like I normally do and was told I wasn’t allowed to get extra lettuce because it “messes with the size of the salad” so I asked if they could just put extra in a side container and was told “we don’t do a la carte items” yet I’ve never had an issue getting extra lettuce nor have I ever been charged for it.. so why the sudden change?

Money was stolen from wallet and I got banned from the store for trying to seek a solution. Management refused to give a gift card in compensation or even simply apologize. Would not recommend coming here under any circumstances.
