Ordered a doordash order and they forgot my small mac and cheese. I called and let them know and whoever I spoke to on the phone was very very nice and apologetic! I asked if they could upgrade my new order of mac and cheese to a large since I had to pay for another. Not only did they happily do that, they also added 2 bags of chips (which are my fav) and a huge cookie!! I was surprised and very pleased when I opened the bag. Thank you so much to whoever I spoke to and made my order right today!! That is what customer service is all about :)

Went through the drive through like I always do and asked for extra lettuce also like I normally do and was told I wasn’t allowed to get extra lettuce because it “messes with the size of the salad” so I asked if they could just put extra in a side container and was told “we don’t do a la carte items” yet I’ve never had an issue getting extra lettuce nor have I ever been charged for it.. so why the sudden change?

Money was stolen from wallet and I got banned from the store for trying to seek a solution. Management refused to give a gift card in compensation or even simply apologize. Would not recommend coming here under any circumstances.

This location is frequently out of items and they do not offer mugs anymore when you dine in! It is also always extremely cold in there! The customer service is good, but can be improved.
