It was extremely cold inside, uncomfortably so. I ordered at the kiosk, the Italian sandwich (I love trying Italian sammies when they’re on the menu) and a cup of French onion soup (the main reason I stopped in). My sandwich bread was toasted but stale tasting and very hard. The meats and ingredients were good though. The soup that I had been craving had no cheese and no croutons and I was given a chunk of stale bread on the side. I broke the bread in half and put it in the soup and realized I didn’t have a spoon… I picked up my food on the way to work where we only have forks and knives, so I had to use a fork to eat it… thankfully at my work we have provolone cheese so I was able to add that myself. I was super disappointed with my meal, especially since I purchased a full sized sandwich and bowl of soup for 22$ and the quality wasn’t good and no silverware was given.

Updated: The food is very good and our local Panera is so much better than it was several years ago. Really nice selection. Not crazy about the kiosk ordering, but it works.
Review from 2019: We always want to like Panera, but they just cannot keep from stepping on themselves. From the Eeoyre demeanor of the employees to the consistency of getting orders wrong, we are well within "shame on us" category at this point.

Staff was plenty friendly and food came in a decent amount of time but the restaurant is in shambles... The lights were half out in the bathroom and there's mold all over the ceiling. We decided to leave instead of eating inside like we had planned.
When it’s good, it’s good. I think a lot of the problems with this location is keeping good competent help. Most of the menu items are actually delicious if they are prepared properly. Depending on what kind of employees are working in this place determines what quality of food and service you will receive.

Highly disappointed at the level of service here. It’s clear Panera is not an inexpensive “fast food” restaurant so I have a difficult time accepting the poor quality food that I received.(photo attached) I will be returning for a refund/new meal and will update this review accordingly. UPDATE BELOW
I went back the following day and a manager remade my meal without issue. The sandwich was not the best, however, the service received was much better than the previous visit.

This place no longer has mayonnaise as an option. Not going back for a sandwich if I have to bring my own. What type of restaurant doesn't have mayo???

I like that they have many outlets that you can hook up your I-pads etc… they are about community very friendly . They donate there extra bagels and baked goods to local homeless shelters . Place is clean and prompt with orders . The music is upbeat n positive .?
