We chose the Smoothie King because they use fresh fruit and not artificial ingredients. We ordered two different bowls and smoothies, and all 4 were excellent. We will definitely return.

I placed my online order and waited approximately 30 min at the store, during which time i observed at least 3 drive- thru orders being placed and fulfilled, while my order was never even prepared. I left without receiving my food or any aknowledgment from the stuff. And on top of that refund 3 to 5 bussiness days.. so we will see how that will turn out..

Great experience first time trying smoothie king!! Drinks tasted great! Daina and the gentleman (didn’t get his name) were friendly and showed patience with some tech issues I was having. Would visit this location again

The staff has always been professional and polite. Today, as I waited in line, I noticed signs posted for the staff mentioning their timing and how they can do better. They are written in a manner that makes it clear they want to boost their team, which is great. However, I think it should not go unnoticed that many times I have seen someone working alone, or with just two people, and the lines are long. Yet, staff is still friendly and clearly doing their best to keep things moving. They have online orders, drive through orders, as well as walk in customers (and many more responsibilities, I’m sure). This morning a young lady, Dana, was in there hustling! She kept a smile on her face, was polite with every interaction and handled the task at hand with efficiency. In today’s society, it’s not often you are met with such kindness and grace in the service industry…so thank you, Dana, it was noticed and appreciated!

I actually ordered on the app and when my order was dropped (by uber eats) off it ended up being the wrong order. I called the store and Deandre gave me instructions to contact Uber Eats but they have no way to communicate except through the app and even though I went through all that with Uber Eats, they said they could not help me because it was placed through the store app and told me to call the store. I called the store again and spoke to Deandre again explaining my dilemma. To fix it all, he offered to remake my order and then delivered it himself. Myself being in retail, a general manager in which I conduct customer service daily, Deandre understands what it takes to keep customers and i greatly appreciate the steps he took which were above and beyond the call. Thank you
