Ordered ultimate breakfast burrito. After waiting 25 minutes, I pressed the button again for an update and was brought a burger. When I hit the button again, I was told “I will be with you as soon as I can” so I went in. The woman instantly starts having a cone apart saying I can open the door just to let them know I have an issue. When my food did finally arrive it was crammed together, and still not as advertised. Pretty terrible service.

Hard to even rate since I never recieve my food at this location. Came here to order (I was the ONLY customer at this location) and the employees were inside goofing off. Which fine, whatever, everyone deserves to have fun at the work place. But I waited 10 minutes before they even asked me if I was ready to order, then stopped me mid sentence and said "Wait a minute" and then another 15 minutes with nothing. They even deactivated the red button. Still no customers but me and I see them in there playing on their phones. I finally left. They need a rehaul and just get all new staffing. This happened around 4pm.

Tonight was the second time I've been to this location and received HORRIBLE service. We parked in a stall, pressed the button, and waited a little over 10 minutes for someone to answer us, all while watching the employees hang out and play on their phones. When someone finally answered and asked for our order, I started ordering before he cut me off to say he'd be with me in a minute and "hung up." I pressed the button again and waited another 10 minutes before deciding we'd go somewhere that's more interested in making money and providing quality customer service than paying employees to ignore customers. I've lived all over the country and this is by far the worst Sonic I've been to.

First time eating at Zonic with the family. We are on one of the tables out in front of the building. Food wasn't bad. it was pretty good for a fast food joint. We liked that they had different items that a regular burger joint, chili tots, cheese dogs, corn dogs, and of course a mixture of burgers. Lost of different drinks and shakes to choose from along with the option of making your own combo. Where this Sonic really stands above the other fast food joints is in their customer service. The employees were very polite and very attentive, even after they delivered the food. Definitely not the normal "I hate working here" fast food employees. I would definitely return here just because of the pleasant employee interaction. Good job, Sonic.
This location is awful. We won't be back. Super slow service. Food was bad. Carhop couldn't even read the receipt and our drinks were not marked. So that was fun. They also didn't bring everything and it took another ten minutes to get a cream slush.

Highly disappointed stopped by to get a m&m blast after waiting a decent amount of time for it to be made I received the order the blast was almost completely melted and only about 5 m&m’s floating on top none were mixed into the ice cream. Asked for my order to be remade just to get the exact same problem again melted vanilla ice cream and maybe 5 m&m’s floating on the top. I took the order and wasn’t going to ask for it to be remade again but that’s very disappointing considering how much they charge for a blast.

We moved to Mary Esther about 6 weeks ago and was excited to see a Sonic as we had never been to one. We've always heard they're famous for their ice cream and slushes. We have been going once a week now, sometimes more because I love the slushes but the ice cream machine has been down for SIX WEEKS and probably longer since we've only been here for 6 weeks. Then today we go for our usual slush and THAT machine is broken too. The food We've gotten has been really good and always gotten to us in a timely manner but the broken machines is such a let down.
