Terrible service. The associate working the cash register on Thursday, February 20, doesn't need to work with the public. She was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!

The guy working this store in the afternoons is not very nice. He always seems dismissive. I'll definitely start going to a different Starbucks.
I know that this complaint is always on most post ? why is that they give you less than 1/2 of a ? when you order a grande ?

Husband waited for my coffee while I grabbed groceries. I was able to finish shopping before my coffee was made. They are VERY slow. Coffee was ok, though.

We came through the drive through today at 1:30ish. The barista at the drive through was super curt and unfriendly despite us trying to be friendly towards her. Would not recommend, terrible customer service.

I just have to take a second out of my day and rate this Starbucks. The young lady who was working was so pleasant and even has a question of the day for her customers :-). Today wasâŠdo you like ice cream or frozen yogurt and whatâs your favorite flavor? It got us all smiling and talking. And check out their fun PokĂ©mon flair. Just some nice above and beyond touches that I feel are solely lacking in customer service âin-storeâ these days. Well, they nailed it here! And the coffee was excellent. Nice bonus. lol ?
