I just have to take a second out of my day and rate this Starbucks. The young lady who was working was so pleasant and even has a question of the day for her customers :-). Today was…do you like ice cream or frozen yogurt and what’s your favorite flavor? It got us all smiling and talking. And check out their fun Pokémon flair. The baista was friendly and very interested in making my iced macchiato despite the fact they were out of expresso. It was delightful although I never knew how much difference 1 missing ingredient makes.

He was friendly and welcoming while taking my order and my latte was prepared perfectly, while Sam maintained a smile throughout the interaction.
