Miserable crew of children with the possible team lead barking at customers and making them leave! No cream out on the counter and they get rude and tell you, you can leave if you ask for cream more than once. Floors were sticky and toxic cleaning products were left on the counter where you fix your coffee. No smiles or welcoming of any kind. Just snappy attitudes. I have managed noahs bagels, caribou, coffee, Einstein bagels and many more, and I've never seen Such an embarrassment to a corporate brand.. Taller girl with glasses and black wavy, curly hair. You should not be allowed to speak with people! Immediately called corporate, then had them relay all this to district. Went to another starbucks, and when they heard about my experience, they just offered my coffee for free.

This Starbucks is NOT FRIENDLY or customer focused at all!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Terrible service. The associate working the cash register on Thursday, February 20, doesn't need to work with the public. She was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!

There is this black lady that works there. She said that I had to wait five minutes for my mobile order, but I came when the time said it was ready. She was very rude about it. She was rude the whole time, I do not expect this from Starbucks. I won’t be coming back.

the girl with the cheetah headband and black braids took my drink order ticket and went around to each worker showing them, yelling “is it that serious?? is it that serious??” repeatedly. you’re right it’s not that serious so calm down.. one of the other workers said “she just walked in” and then i overhear the girl say “this is ridiculous” making my drink. because i had too many modifications that i PAY for?? and you’re doing you’re job?? like i work in the service industry and would not act like that in front of a customer ever. it’s not a big deal, it took her not long at all to make my drink. i always come to this starbucks and order the same simple drink but wanted to try some new things. don’t work somewhere if you’re going to complain to do the job the customer is paying for in front of them to everyone. i stayed quiet and left but will not be coming to this starbucks anymore. starbucks fix your staff.

Hello,

I wanted to share my experience today and hope I can help the store gain something from it. I ordered a mobile order and I got my drinks in a timely manner. When looking at my two drinks I notice they look different from what I normally order. After tasting it I realized it was heavy on the milk in both drinks. I drove back to get them remade and the lady asked for what I had never apologized for me not being happy with my order. She asked me to park at the mailbox.. I waited 15 minutes for a remake. I shared with another employee a picture of what the drink should look like ( the same drink I got earlier in the week) and she said “yea, I got you” then proceed to walk away. I never experienced anything like this from this Starbucks but today I did. With all this being said I would not be getting coffee anymore from this location. I hope everyone can learn something from this that works in the store. Customer service goes a long way and how you treat people matters. Have a blessed day!
