But the manager who was more worried about how she looks than helping Nicomy serve the other 3 customers behind me in line only had to spout off about the cracker were allegedly out of date! I went to this place for the first time, since I am only passing through and it will surely be the last. To begin with, the person who attended me, a young girl. She was talking loudly on the phone with another girl, it seemed funny because they were both laughing loudly, so people had to repeat the request over and over again. She got upset when people told her that she had already placed the order, but she is so busy talking that she does not respect the customer who is trying to buy the products. The most unfortunate thing is that at one point she took her phone and put it inside her shirt, on her chest with the same gloves that she prepares the sandwiches. I wonder if she has any idea about food tampering or just doesn't care. Since she was already preparing my sandwich, she didn't want to be rude and paid me anyway, but that sandwich is in the trash. From what I saw, the place is busy, but the employee who serves it at this time of Saturday 4 pm is Ruda and she handles the food dangerously!!

What happened? Subway used to have a pretty hearty sandwiches and now there nothing. Got a meatball sub and it wasn't at all like it used to be especially for $8+. Mom got a cold cut combo and it didn't have anything on it even with add ons. Y'all skimming on ingredients, 10/10 not coming here again...

Ordered online The girl working g started yelling at me as soon as I came in refused to make my sandwich the way it was ordered and just got more ignorant and unbearable so I said you ate to rudeto be worki g with the public you can refund it and she said to refund it online. But it doesn't let you. It says I picked them up but I did not. I did go order at the Racetrack store where the girls there are very sweet. But they said the manager would call me but I have not heard from anyone. I am not gonna lie I held it until I couldn't. I did curse her out which takes a lot for to react that way. I want my money back.
The woman working there tonight just slammed everything on the sandwich, drowned it in mayo, in general just didn't want to be there. She wasn't real nice to the young guy working with her either, she acted like he was in her way. He was nice BTW. I'll try not to go back to this location. Are ya'll not paying people enough to care about the food?

The two ladies working today made 11 sandwiches in record time for the Jacobs crew fixing the main break today here in Mary Esther and I just wanted to give them the most credit for the hard work they did WHILE other customers kept coming in and they handled myself and everyone with so much care and immaculate customer service you both are very much appreciated ☺️

One, the staff look like they all ran to the back and left one lady that hardly spoke English in the front. Two, never ever in my life have i been charged an extra 3.00$ for lettuce i would understand if it was like meat or so mething but lettuce…….be so for real.Third, I had to leave to use the restroom in the middle of me eating…to only find out there is a restroom right in the dining area why didn’t I see it you ask??? THERES NO SIGN AT ALLLLL I asked the manager who like walked out from the back….she just looked at me liked a deer in head lights. Customer service was definitely questionable.. your pick if you decide to eat here.
