8/16/25 The worker here (girl with blue hair) cross contaminated my sandwich by pulling out her phone while making my sandwich then proceeded to passive aggressively treat me like crap because we call them out on it, this subway is an absolute joke. I’d avoid ordering food here, go to shalimar subway 👍

The two women working were very sweet and had great attitudes, unfortunately this store is out of everything we wanted as far as cheese and some toppings. I guess next time we come, I'll call ahead to make sure they have american cheese and pickles.

Do NOT order from here for pickup or delivery or in store. They sent us the wrong order via delivery and DoorDash refunded Subway for the entire order and subway only refunded us for ONE sub. This happened a few months ago for pickup and we thought we try again, WRONG. DO NOT EAT HERE. ALSO, raw bacon?? That’s disgusting. Employees don’t speak English and aren’t nice. Just don’t go here.

Came in today to get some lunch worker was extremely rude to me and very impatient. Every time you would say something to add to your sandwich got and upset look because he was obviously ready to just get me out of there. Food was good but service is horrible. I highly don’t recommend getting your sandwich made Rojae’s way. Worst employee I’ve had to deal with there.

Food usually good, but whenever we place pickup orders trying to be easier it always takes like 10 extra minutes even when it says it’s ready in the app it’s never actually ready. They do everyone in the building before me and it takes 30-35 minutes usually. staff is very dry. 17 and some change per sandwich usually.
Nice store, friendly service. Made me a good sandwich.

But the manager who was more worried about how she looks than helping Nicomy serve the other 3 customers behind me in line only had to spout off about the cracker were allegedly out of date! I went to this place for the first time, since I am only passing through and it will surely be the last. To begin with, the person who attended me, a young girl. She was talking loudly on the phone with another girl, it seemed funny because they were both laughing loudly, so people had to repeat the request over and over again. She got upset when people told her that she had already placed the order, but she is so busy talking that she does not respect the customer who is trying to buy the products. The most unfortunate thing is that at one point she took her phone and put it inside her shirt, on her chest with the same gloves that she prepares the sandwiches. I wonder if she has any idea about food tampering or just doesn't care. Since she was already preparing my sandwich, she didn't want to be rude and paid me anyway, but that sandwich is in the trash. From what I saw, the place is busy, but the employee who serves it at this time of Saturday 4 pm is Ruda and she handles the food dangerously!!

What happened? Subway used to have a pretty hearty sandwiches and now there nothing. Got a meatball sub and it wasn't at all like it used to be especially for $8+. Mom got a cold cut combo and it didn't have anything on it even with add ons. Y'all skimming on ingredients, 10/10 not coming here again...
