One, the staff look like they all ran to the back and left one lady that hardly spoke English in the front. Two, never ever in my life have i been charged an extra 3.00$ for lettuce i would understand if it was like meat or so mething but lettuce…….be so for real.Third, I had to leave to use the restroom in the middle of me eating…to only find out there is a restroom right in the dining area why didn’t I see it you ask??? THERES NO SIGN AT ALLLLL I asked the manager who like walked out from the back….she just looked at me liked a deer in head lights. Customer service was definitely questionable.. your pick if you decide to eat here.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I usually go to the subway in Navarre, but there was a wreck on the highway so I decided I’d just go to the Mary Esther location.Both ladies working tonight were extremely rude, and wouldn’t let you order any sandwich that wasn’t numbered on the menu.So after I finally agree to get one of the numbered sandwiches she was too busy talking with her coworker to listen to what I wanted on it, and then she hardly even put any meat cheese or veggies on my sandwich.They then proceeded to tell me that I was robbing their store when I use the coupons that are sent to me in the mail lol.What an absolute joke.I will not return to this subway.

Crew hardly spoke English. Got our order wrong. We ordered online. Paid more attention to friends in the store. I paid for extra meat, did not get it. No mayo, mustard or spinach I ordered. It’s like they didn’t even read the order. Like subway, will not use this location again.

I would like to thank Tonya for being the most efficient best person I've seen here in FWB. She was helping me and 2 other customers all at the same time. She is very efficient at what she do. Super nice and accurate taking orders. She was even helping the cashier on top of all the work she does. Multi tasking to the highest level! Thank you Tonya you made my day girl! We need more people like her. Please take care of your employee I think she can even run the store by herself. Your store is well organized and very clean. There is not a piece of meat/food on the counter. When Tonya is done making them she even closed the lid to keep the food fresh and clean. Love her too much. Thank you!!! 1/31/2024

This is my second time going in this week, and the gentleman that works the evening shift has really great customer service. He welcomed us in on both occasions, very patient very polite and also recommended items off the menu. I really love his customer service. Also the food here is very fresh and the place is also clean.

My boyfriend and I walked into this Subway around 4:15pm - 4:30pm on 11/10/23. We walk up to the counter as the only customers in the store.. one employee was sitting at a booth near the door on her cell phone and the other was hiding in the back. We stood there for a minute or two, this tall, intimidating, African-American woman came out from the back with a scowl on her face and did not say a single word to us for a few seconds.. It was very awkward, then when she did acknowledge us, she said “what number you want?”… she did not greet us, welcome us, say anything other than that statement to us. We looked at each other, my boyfriend and I, and decided to leave the establishment immediately because of how rude this female was to us, looking at us up and down with disgust on her face. I think this subway should re-staff this location, including management, because aside from the atrocious customer service, this female, who approached us, had nails that were way too long to be making ANY food and management shouldn’t allow that. My boyfriend and I both work in customer service, and this female acted as if we were inconveniencing her just by walking in the establishment. We were the only customers in the store.Definitely will not return back to this location.

I work for a food delivery company, but I'm also a customer at this location. For the past month every single time I enter this location the ladies behind the counter ignore me. I've even been the only customer in the establishment and the employees don't even look up to address me. 1 time they ignored me the entire time they made a sandwich and when done just stared at me until I looked up to realize she was done with the sandwich. She wouldn't even speak to me to let me know the sandwich was done. Tonight, I walked in to pick up a personal order and both ladies ignored me, 1 of them taking a selfie and checking her makeup on her camera phone. I stood there until 1 of them finally addressed me but both continued to have a personal conversation over me while I was explaining why I was there. This is the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful staff.

Very disappointed with the GHETTO staff. You guys must be hurting! NEVER AGAIN!!! Rude! No greet. Acted as if they were inconvenienced by having a customer walk in. Pretty sure they’re not allowed to have talons for nails. Smfh

This is the best Subway in the Fort Walton Beach area! The store is always extremely clean, their produce and everything on the prep area is fresh and appealing and the staff is awesome!!

Blaring reggae music, staff rude, when asked about different meat choices, clerk stated " I don't know what any of this stuff tastes like". Sloppy presentation. Worst Subway I've ever. Need new staff.

The common kitchen !

They messed up my entire order. I filled out a survey. The regional manager Britany Rupert reached out. She offered to fix it by me going to the store and getting a remake. I went a couple weeks later to get the re make. I didn’t see the email right away. When I got there the manger there was so rude. Was interrogating me and pretty much shaming me. Kept saying cus you complained. Which I didn’t. I filled out a survey. It made me so mad and made me feel like the attempt to fix it was ruined. I left even more mad.

They need to do a better job of hiring quality people. Service was terrible. They were confused, couldn’t answer any questions, and acted like I was a problem for needing time to look over the menu. Had I read the reviews before getting here, I would’ve just went somewhere else. Nice upgrades to the facility, but the staff didn’t match at all
