This is suppose to be fast food. There’s a reason I only come to Taco Bell 2x a year. They take 30 min just to take your order for subpar food.

I love taco bell. My sons soft taco meat smelled rancid. Like genuinely awful. Like meat or food that had been left out for days. Sickening. Could make someone really sick. I didn't even let him bit into it. Will never visit this location again. Ever. Would complain if it made a difference but it won't.

I guess this Taco Bell doesn't take orders through the drive thru anymore, if you aren't picking up an order you have to go inside to order. How convenient. They are definitely going to lose a lot of money.

Not sure what the issue is but I've been trying to use drive thru on 2 separate occasions only to be told come in and order using the kiosk...I don't work there and if you want me place me order then the food should be discounted...not sure what happened to customer service but you need to do better...as a side note 2 others in front of me also left without ordering....Taco Bell you are losing money...

Taco supreme had a smidgen of meat. Not worth the price. Now I have to order at kiosk for a taco with a dab of meat!!! Taco bell off my list. I will go elsewhere for lunch.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Over the past week went through the drive through 3 times. The first time no cars in front of me and I waited several minutes then said "hello" to the speaker. An employee very rudely said "give us a minute" SEVERAL minutes later they came on the speaker. I placed my order. The soda was flat and both the 3 cheese flatbread melts were cold and very scarce of filler. The same thing happened the second time I went only the food was not as cold. But the wait was still the same. Today I went there and a blue car was in front of me at the drive through. No other cars in line or at the window. We waited and waited and waited. After 8 minutes I backed out and went across the street to McDonald's. Friendly employees and quick service. I was at the window getting my order when I saw the blue car ahead of me at Taco Bell just then approach the window. I will never go back to that Taco Bell again. I will drive across town if I need a Taco Bell fix.

Every time I go to this specific taco bell, employees say they are not taking orders. If that is the case why is it even open? The employees are always outside smoking or on their phones. Must be nice to be paid to do nothing.

Corporate really needs to step in at this location. They will find any excuse not to take orders if you go in person! The times I've managed to get food it's because I ordered ahead online, but once you arrive they will just stare at you when you walk in the door, stand in the back gossiping and swearing, staring at their phones or literally just walk out the front door on the phone while you stand in the lobby waiting to be acknowledged.. and don't get me started on handling their phones with the same gloves they're using to prepare your food, in plain sight. Genuinely concerning to imagine what else is going on back there.
