Bun on burger was almost stale. Long wait at the counter as they need to take care of drive thru first. A/C in the dining area doesn’t work. Condiments counter empty. Staff acts like your a bother if you ask for something.

We ordered lunch here from the drive thru and the lady who took our order kept asking us to repeat ourselves. We thought maybe the speaker had been messed up. But when we got to the window she was on a phone call. How can you take an order and be on a phone call?

Had a burger last night that looked and tasted like it was cooked two days ago, and then reheated maybe a dozen times since then, probably given to customers and returned a few times as well. Shoe leather, dry, tough, disgusting. Cold fries. Frosty not working. Try to go back tonight for a salad. But they are out of all their salad ingredients. Told the person helping me about my experience last night and she didn't say a word.Then when I drove up to the window, she turned her back to me.So I drove away. Bigger, white girl with colored hair roughly 11:40pm.

Place needs some new management or something. Everything we got was either old, greasy, or both. It’s as if they took the fries out of the frier, let them sit for a bit, then poured grease on them leaving the bags soaked in grease. Our burgers? It’s like they dumped half a jar of mayo on them, and threw them into the bag. the wrapper was just soaked in mayo and ketchup 😂 The nugs were just old. Not to mention it’s definitely not “fast” food. I could order from a damn longhorn steakhouse faster than getting my food here.

I have had some questionable service in the past from this location, but I decided to give it another try after work and the Manager lady that was working was amazing. She was the only one at the moment and she got my order done faster than I’ve seen six person squads make meals. She’s the type of person we’ve been needing to make the Wendy’s good again.
