Wow, my husband and I are traveling back home to Louisiana from Destin, we stopped at Wendys this morning to grab honey chicken biscuit meals and wowww, Jill and team were absolutely amazing ans welcoming and super friendly. This is by far the BEST Wendys we have been to, kudos to Jill and team for their amazing hospitality….10 STARS Rachel Lewis

I got a 2 for $6 and they forgot the tomato on my sandwich, I used to work at Wendy’s so I know it’s easy to forget a topping sometimes. No problem because I went back through the drive through and they made it quick and easy by giving me a tomato to add to my sandwich while it was still hot, and they even gave me a free frosty for my “troubles.” #1 way for an employee to turn a customer’s okay or negative experience into a positive one. I’m not sure who the employee at the window was, but they were very kind and didn’t even make me feel like a bother getting that correction. They didn’t even need to offer me the frosty over forgotten tomato but real businesspeople know that’s how you keep people coming back when you screw up, only reason I thought to leave this review even. Food was fresh and good as well as always

They did not have their lunch meal deals displayed at the drive thru. Of course it is my problem that I don’t know their menu by heart. The cashier dropped my change on the ground. First time ever. And told me to pull up for it. I am skinny got it with out her hateful attitude . I was born here I travel this by far is the worst Wendy’s ever!!

We stopped in about 6 pm on Thursday 8/1/24. Ordered 1 small chili, 1 large chili, and a chicken sandwich. The beans in chili was undercooked. The meat in the chili was so overcooked it was in hard crunchy chunks. The chicken sandwich was fried until it was the color of black coffee. What has happened to fast food??? It’s expensive and unedible anymore!!!!

In the last month I have been this particular Wendy's 3 times every time I ordered a combination no cheese and everytime got cheese twice while dining in and the last time which was today I got cheese on my burger my bad for not checking will never go to a Wendy's again anywhere.

I went through the drive thru at 2pm today. The woman working the window/drive thru is the best. She is so kind, polite, and cheerful. Even in this heat she got my order taken quick and got my food out to me even faster. The food was hot and tastes fresh. This is one of my favorite Wendy’s location and extra thanks to the wonderful lady working the window.
Just came through drive thru and the lady taking orders was very rude. I asked for my hamburger well-done with no pink and immediately got a sarcastic comment from her asking did I want my burger put back on the grill to recook it. She also made a big deal about me asking for a ranch salad dressing and that she could not do that because the salad dressings were only for the salads - I even offered to pay additional for it. She offered a ranch dipping sauce - WHICH I STILL DID NOT GET. As I pulled to thw window to give her my card for payment, she took it and slammed the window. When she opened the window to give me my card and receipt, she continued to say sarcastic comments. Thankfully, another young lady came to the window to make up for the other person's "disgusting" customer service. I was missing a fry with my order and the other young lady was very pleasant and provided my missing fry.
The funny thing is my daughter was the GM at that Wendy's at one point and I asked her what I should do about the service I received and she told me to file a complaint. Which I plan to do as well.

ZERO stars! We went last night through drive thru and I was the second car , zero ppl inside eating. We ordered 4 combos, it took 20 minutes! Finally they brought it out with a side of attitude, when we got home half our food was missing ? all 3 burgers were completely wrong. Will never go back, don't waste your time or money to get half your order, cold, disgusting and served with an attitude!

The price was so out of control. Way to much. I could have had a sit down dinner in a restaurant for about the same price. The hamburger patty had been sitting in the warming tray to long. What a let down.
