Visiting the area from the East Coast. Stopped in for dinner with my family. Had the fish dip, pretzel, pizza, fries and chowder. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Loved the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Our first lunch experience here was mostly disappointing . the best thing about our lunch was my wife's shrimp scampi and my clam chowder . Although garlic bread was included with the clam chowder , we didn't receive . After a short time a asked for bread , a were served a loaf that was warm on outside and very cold inside. The least favorite part of our experience was my Grouper dinner. Grouper always a safe choice ; failed this time . If I had to guess what the fish actually was i would say Red Snapper. From the appearance being a thin filet and texture. similar to red snapper. The bad part was the fish had a blood strip and very fishy taste.

The Thanksgiving buffet was absolutely the best! Delicious turkey, prime rib, ham, and all the amazing sides. Every employee who worked that day gave their all, creating a warm, festive atmosphere and making sure everyone felt cared for! Their dedication turned a holiday meal into an unforgettable celebration. We will definitely go back!!!

This place was supposed to be highly regarded. We made reservations for the Thanksgiving buffet. It was packed. That wasn't the problem. The food was as bad as it could possibly be without sending one to the hospital. The prime rib looked like meat but it couldn't be chewed and after masticating for a time, it had to be spit out and it was just a wad of fat. The rest of the food was less tasty than what gets at a pot luck. And the woman who was shrieking like a wounded cat, destroying every song she sang added to the pain of the experience. The accompanying guitarist should get some lessons before going back on stage. This was as bad as any place I had been to in memory.

Very good food and reasonably priced. Ruin the experience with a very poor waiter. May not go back. Waited forever for him to acknowledge us and the drinks over 20 minutes to get. Took our order and was another 45 minutes to get our meal. We ask about our salads and his excuse was he thought we got them. Horrible service. There's more but I said enough.
We always say "We don't feel like we are in Florida , until we go to Micelli's" We went there 4/1/25. An excellent, friendly hostess greeted us. Had a wonderful seat by the water. We loved the breeze, boats going by, superb clam chowder, pizza and music. Great service by our waitress. Glad to be back on Matlache. Parking is tricky. We got there early. We love and recommend it highly. A favorite Florida experience. We will be back.😎😎

Lovely place! We sat on the outdoor patio with 2 dogs in the group. There was a wonderful musician. The food and drinks were yummy! This was the second time in 3 days we ate there as we wanted to take our out-of-town friends. If you like spicy ask for their spicy honey-mustard which is great on fish or chicken. Servers were very pleasant. Will become a regular I’m sure!
