Extremely rude to a deaf man for no reason. I understand being busy and under pressure I worked in a resturant for 3 years and never treated a customer that way even if they were rude to me which this little old man was not rude at all! We will not be back and will not recommend anything from this establishment while the service is this hateful. I would hope someone with a disability would be treated with compassion and not have you openly be rude to him because he couldn't hear you. He even waited at the counter so you could get his attention when his food was ready! Then you complained he was waiting around the counter and my COWORKER had to grab his ice from you and run out the door to give it to him because you upset him so much. He may not be able to hear you but your facial expression and everyone looking at you and the way you were speaking, told him enough. Praying for compassion to enter your building. I pray for any small buisneess in Mayo because it is hard, but you need to make sure you take care of the customers who are supporting your dream and not chase them away.

A true delicious sandwich shop. I’ve eaten at many sandwich places and Cricket’s kills the game! I got a six inch sandwich meal with a side of soup (thinking I would still be hungry) and honestly I would have been full with a three inch sandwich!!!!! The amount of meat and food they pack into one sandwich is amazing. The actual space was clean, nicely decorated and it was packed out. I even think the local Sheriff was having his lunch there! Everyone was very helpful, warm and welcoming. I did my usual, “tell me what you suggest” when I’m at a new place and she steered me right. I will happily come back here next time I’m in the area.

Great specials every week and my go-to spot for sandwiches and salads. Great portions on meals and high quality food. I don’t drive to Publix anymore for my deli meat because Crickets will slice their Boars head meat/cheese in store and ITS CHEAPER. Fantastic restaurant to support!

The best deli sandwiches hands down I've ever had right there in Mayo. The menu is huge, so much to choose from. So far everything we have ever tasted , was absolutely amazing love, love Crickets Deli. The staff is amazing ,and the place is immaculately clean.

See the thing is with this one place is that it seems incredible, they sell ingredients, the food tastes good, and the service is so good that when we went away to wait for our orders to finish a woman who worked there came OUTSIDE to look for is and give us our food.So again it sounds good, but I've learned that their ingredients are moldy half the time and all they do is cut the moldy pieces off and put on the "ok slices". It tasted freshbut that was so far far from the truth.So I had it once and never came back.In this small town, we become average everyday consumers of whatever restaurants we have.So if you dine here or even get food from here often, I suggest you shan't go anymore.

Cute little small town deli! Boar's Head meats and they don't skimp! Fresh and delicious homemade chicken pot pie soup! Will definitely be back!

Italian sub was the best! Service made us feel welcome and valued. Location is ideal small town deli ? .And prices are low considering the high quality of the product. Just wish we lived closer, I would be a regular customer.
