I Just tried to call and place an order for pickup and whoever answered the phone was so rude. This has been an issue for awhile know with the ladies that work during the day because ive placed an order an hour before closing and they were so nice on the phone and in person so its the same lady that has been working there for a long time because i dont order from here much due to them always being rude and i got excited when id placed an order before closing and they still chose to be kind. So please check your staff because im no longer spending my money here. Ridiculous prices and terrible customer service from the ladies that work during the day time.

Was passing through Mayo and stopped by for cold ham & cheese subs made all the way. Outstanding subs! Fresh and so tasty. Great customer service too! Next time you are passing through Mayo stop by and EAT!

I didn't Even know this place existed, to be honest and I had a bunch of people over working My mom had sent me some money to get them food so I figured I would place an order.The prices did not match up online.Everything was super overpriced and expensive.The pizza was cold by the time I picked it up.The subs were mostly bred and toppings very little meat. The lady that greeted me was super sweet.It's a shame if the food was better and the prices were not outrageous.I might actually try them again Thinking I was buying 2 12 inch subs n a pizza It came out till most fifty bucks If this is definitely nothing like authentic italian food they didn't even put the dressing on the sub

Well let's say since this new owner took over ITS SUUUUUCKS !!!! He hires people with little personality and the quality of the food didn't go HIGHER with the HIGHER PRICES !!!! We are there tonight 12/7/24 , got wings . Well we wait 20 minutes or more , no problem it's chicken, well after that long the outside of the wings in warm BUT THE PART NEAR BONE IS COLD !!! we bring to their attention. They act like SO !! we say we rather have burgers !!! WELL THINKING THEYD BE MORE THAN WILLING DUE TO INCONVENIENCE, WELL OH THATS MORE MONEY !!!!! SERIOUSLY???? WTH ????? Dude whoever you are that's the owner you really need to pay better so you can get higher quality people !!!!! OR AT LEAST HIRE A NITE COOK THAT CAN COOK !!!!!!
