Screwed up my first sandwich, went back to fix it and it's like they just slapped it together, hardly any lettuce or really anything at all, everything was shoved to one side and the Chipotle sauce is god awful! When I'm paying 14$ for a sandwich, you'd think they'd actually make a sandwich right and not skimp on the veggies or meat! Not even worth 10$! Sorry but will never go back. Subway definitely lost their touch and definitely need to re-train all employees to make a sandwich correctly! If you wouldn't eat slop, why would you serve it your customers!

Unprofessional and rude behavior from staff. I called regarding the restaurant not having forks, and I was rudely hung up on by a female staff member. I called again, and a man picked up. When I asked for his first and last name for reference, he also hung up on me. I assume the girl gave him a heads up so he always already in defense-mode, but either way I was not out of line, so that was uncalled for. As an owner, I wouldn't want staff hanging up on customers.

We ordered food through the mobile app today and once I got home to eat my food I find it to be overly toasted and almost burnt the meat in the sandwich is hard. I’ve never had such a bad experience when ordering food from here but this is disappointing.
