McAlpin Country Diner

This is a newly opened restaurant with great food and service. We have waited on our food to be prepared with the understanding that the McAlpin Country Diner is a new establishment and has a limited number of employees. THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY REASON TO HIRE EXTRA HELP JUST SO THE FOOD CAN BE PREPARED AND SERVED TO MAKE YOUR DAY GO FASTER! Had a bacon cheeseburger, it had good flavor and all the lettuce and tomato looked to be fresh. Not a real big burger, but it was good. Will try again and have something different before I give 5 stars.

Food was good, made a couple mistakes, like forgetting cheese and then not putting the right cheese, they were understaffed but I imagine that in a while when more people join and the hype dies down and they get everything sorted out service will be better. The decoration was phenomenal, staff were friendly and kind, they were very attentive. I would recommend but I would wait a couple of weeks from now (May 16) before going just to let them get things sorted out a little!
