Ale's catered our event this weekend and the food was awesome! Chef Alfredo gave personalized service, was friendly and professional! Guests raved about the coconut shrimp and empanades!! The paella campescino was the star of the show, delicious flavor and ingredients

Had 90 guests, ALL RAVED ABOUT THE FOOD! The paella was delicious and had sooooo much seafood, the grilled veggies with the churrasco were a hit and all of the sides were super tasty! The guys were super punctual and had everything ready exactly when I needed.

The food was beyond expectations. Very good communication, on time, easy set up, food was ready on time and cleaned up. Highly recommend and extremely affordable.

We had a wonderful time with Ale’s paella. The chef came right on time and delivered a great meal on schedule. The portions were extremely generous and the price was right.

We hired the service for a surprise birthday and it greatly exceeded our expectations. From the beginning with the reservation, the punctuality and excellence in the preparation with all the necessary and first-class ingredients, made it a spectacular dinner! Everyone was fascinated by the spectacular flavor of the paella, several people thought that this was the best paella they had ever tasted (and I agree with that). Pedro did an impeccable job in every way!!?? A round of applause for delighting us with something so delicious!! Working with Ale’s was the easiest and most straightforward experience! Very professional and responsive in all communications. Everything was delivered and executed as expected, on time - no surprises or hiccups at all. The food was incredibly delicious and the setup and cooking and cleanup / tear down was beautifully managed by the chef who came onsite to the rental property. Not only that, the prices were very affordable! We had lots of leftovers since the minimum order for paella is for 22 servings / people and we only had 11 - the chef packed everything up for us and we ate the leftovers the next day! So good! Highly recommend. Best vendor we worked with by far in Miami as we planned my sister’s bachelorette party weekend from out of state.

Very professional, on time and the food was great., we have had the paella a few times and the farm rice and both were exceptional. I have used their services in the last 3 years and will continue to use ales paella. You will love them also. Highly recommend.
