I ordered a delivery through the App and it never arrived, the doordash was horrible and on top of that this restaurant they asked me to call never answered my calls, neither did the support team or anyone in general. I have ordered several times here and usually it takes a long time and the food arrives cold but this time it didn't even arrive, they left the food literally on the sidewalk 2 blocks from my house, no refund for the time being, do not buy here.
Update:2 days after that support contacted me saying that they delivered it well according to their GPS and they can't give me more than a coupon of 10 dollars, not even the half of what I spent, they don't have any policy that protects the customer.

I visit this facility for lunch often and they always get my orders wrong. It's so frustrating. They need to stop chatting while taking the order because I can hear them talking and laughing with other co workers through the speaker. They should pay more attention. Also, the wait time is horrible. I've wasted my 30 minute lunch going to this BK on several occasions.

Stay away from this franchise location. Several orders had been placed using third party apps like grubhub which they give free food when ordering something else, the free items are never included in the delivery nor picking up.
Plus the food taste like rubberish old flavor. Use the BK from Doral in 114th Street, much better than this piece of junk place. STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!
The food is good but the service is very bad on the part of the Main manager. If she does not treat her workers well, they have no desire to treat the public well

I damn near come here like three four times a week after work with the same order. No salt on fries "please". Multiple times they just threw them back in the fryer and acted like they cooked more, really? Poor service. If i pay for it, give me what i ask for. Last time i ever come here.
