First the guy doesn’t speak English he has a thin band tattoo on his right arm. I end up ordering from the kiosk. Yet somehow he is running the drive through makes perfect sense. We Make a comment about being served a split order of cold fries that could barely fill a small fry package because they didn’t want to wait to give fresh ones. They then proceed to replace the two orders of medium fries that you have to pay extra for with fries covered in so much salt you can’t eat them. Now including the manager everyone sitting around watching videos on those phones

I haven't been to this Burger King in years but I had the Good Fortune to stop in today. The food was really good hot freshly prepared staff couldn't be nicer and it was a very positive experience. If they ever finish the unending construction on the street out front I'll be able to go more.

Good evening, I would like to talk to the manager of that Burger King, the reason is because one of his workers has offended me and I have it recorded and he does not apologize to me, this is going to reach the legal level, and I hope that the food has nothing, because soda has a bad taste, this is not a joke I hope the manager takes this issue seriously, and the photo is the time that passed so you can check who the employee is

Terrible service ? they charge you for the product and then tell you that they don't have it, a waste of time with the system that you have to order on the screen ? it doesn't work

Food was cold and didn't taste good at all. I ordered the classic melt, and it had bacon. I don't eat pork.Burger King just isn't what it used to be.

This Burger king has to be the worst in dade county. Food comes out cold never gets the orders right. This place is a joke and when you tell a manager they look at you as if you’re crazy.

Hi, I recently wrote a Review on the Burger King in Hialeah Located on - 775 E 9th St, Hialeah, FL 33010Anyways, I would like the write a review comparing this Other Local Burger King to them, This Burger King actually cares about the Customer, and Gives you freshly made fries ???, When you ask for Off The Broiler ( Freshly grilled patty ) they do it, and you get an absolutely well cooked Hamburger ?, with fresh and hot meat inside ♨️. When you ask for sauces they give you sauces ?, Good Attention to the customer, both inside and through the drive-through. Keep it that way ????Burger King Corporate, if you can please help the other local Burger Kings to be like this one, and tell them not give people cold sandwiches with old buns, and dripping sauces with soggy everything, Talking about he hialeah resturant located at (775 E 9th St, Hialeah, FL 33010) .....Also to be noted at the Medley, Fl restaurant, Theres a Guy with Special Needs that works the cash register, give you your orders, he deserves a trophy for what he does, God Bless Him ?? and the people all work together and help the customer out, ( the way it should be ) I'm not sure what his name is, but the Kid is a very good attentive person, God Bless him, he deserves to be rewarded employee of the month. BK !!! We Miamians are loyal to Burger King ( Your company started here ) please fix your other Miami stores. This is about the only good one. Five Stars for the Medley,Fl Store ???????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks Guys

The two ladies working the drive-thru during lunch on 09-28-23 were both outstanding. Their customer engagement, politeness, & positivity were certainly the highlight of my day, and I can not remember the last time I saw such a great attitude amongst the chain's drive-thrus.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger

Went to pick up my order. Joan the manager assisted me. He informed me the frozen coke machine was broken that I needed to pick something else. So I requested a hershey pie. Frozen coke is 1.89 hershey pie is 1.79. He outright refused to do that. Was pretty inflexible. He said and I quote it needs to be a drink. It cannot be food. I as a customer don't understand this policy. BK didnt have the item I paid for so he could have easily changed to for an item of equal value. I didnt want a drink so I asked for my money back. It could have been as simple as return the money and charge in for a hershey pie if thats what he needed to do to get my order thru but no he chose to be super inflexible and refuse my request. So due to Joan's lack of customer service and nasty attitude towards me and the cashier I will not be going back to that BK.Kid-friendliness: Went to pick up my order. Joan the manager assisted me.
