What a bad experience I had in this place, I went with my child to have breakfast this morning. When I entered, there was a woman and a man who I suppose was the cook (very overbearing) because they entered the kitchen. The very kind lady takes my order and comes in to let him know himself, the man at the entrance, he starts talking to her in a very bad way (yelling at her) and comes out to ask what I wanted. The answer was that what the lady had told him was what she had asked for, I had heard well what she told her and it was exactly what I asked for, she started shouting and pawing at me, I asked her if he was the owner because he treated the employees very badly, the customers, he told me no, he He was no one, I got up and told him not to prepare anything for him that I was leaving and his response was day if he left I saw him at one point in the house grab me my child came out terrified, the poor lady had a face of shame and fear who knows How many things did that crazy person say when they were left alone? Not to mention that another lady also came in for breakfast and ran out when she saw the man's aptitude. When she left she talked to me and we both came to the conclusion that he is alone because of the poor treatment they give to the client. I'm reading the previous comment to me Ely is just what happened to me. If you have cameras, I recommend you watch it around 9 am or so. If it doesn't have audio with the gestures, you will realize the bad form of that being. Poor employee lady who has to put up with that kind of humiliation. What a shame these things happen.
I visited Chef Cuba with the intention of enjoying a leisurely Cuban breakfast. However, my experience left a lot to be desired. Upon my arrival, I noticed that there was a new employee, who, despite being learning, was friendly and attentive. However, it was extremely uncomfortable to witness the owner berating her in public, giving her instructions in an authoritarian and unprofessional tone, making me feel in an extremely uncomfortable position.Despite this incident, I decided to go ahead and place my order. I ordered a breakfast that included fried eggs "over easy." To my surprise, what they brought me did not meet my expectations. One of the eggs was burst and the white around it was liquid. Upon pointing out the error in my order, the owner, instead of offering an apology or solution, chose to defiantly question me about whether I really knew what I had ordered. It is unfortunate that, instead of offering a pleasant experience and quality service, I was faced with unprofessional treatment and an unsatisfactory breakfast. I hope future clients don't have to go through a similar situation. In my case, it was definitely my last visit to this place.
It’s our 4th time coming in to have breakfast and lunch. The food is delicious, full of flavors and high quality; very well presented and the customer services it’s phenomenal. Also, super attentive upon any order requests!

The best flan ever! The chef came out of the kitchen to understand our dietary restrictions and served the most delicious lunch. The waitress Maria Alejandra was very prompt and courteous. Will come back whenever we are in Miami!
Great small family own place, good food quality and friendly service.
Excellent place and spectacular lunch ♥️
Wow, wow, wow! The best cuban food I had. It looked and smelled so good I forgot to take a picture. I had the churrasco black Angus steak medium rare with yellow rice and plantains. It was delicious, Chef Cuba welcomed me like I was family, his wife and the new waitress were super kind. Probably the most welcoming hispanic restaurant I have been to. The kitchen was super clean and organized. I will definitely be coming back to Cuba Cafe & Catering when I am in town! Thank you Chef Cuba!!!

Waited 2 hours for a Cuban sandwich. And then it didn't even have pickles on it he said I should have asked for pickles I thought pickles always come on a Cuban sandwich. The server kept telling me my food was coming I kept waiting and waiting when come to find out she didn't speak any English at all and acted like she knew what I was saying
Excellent food clean place good customer service
Just walked in about 20 minutes ago waited 10 minutes no one came out. So I look inside the kitchen to see a man and a women preparing food with no gloves or mask. Not the place for me.
