I just picked up an order that I placed on the phone. It was a grilled chicken and an edamame. The girl at the host stand charged me with gratuity mandatory even when I picked up and also a fee for paying with my card (makes no sense at all) ... and it's if it weren't enough, she passed me the machine asking for additional tip with the options 20% and bellow. I still wondering in which part of the process did I get the server service that I paid for and how can she ask for even more tip. Soooo bad, never again.
Please control what your employees and charging because me and all my office team do not want to order there anymore.

Nice hidden little gem in Medley - with beautiful decor, nice ambiance (great music), and delicious food. Amar is the one man show and star of the restaurant. She was sweet and made us feel at home. She recommended the chicken soup and carrot cream soup you see on the pictures - wow! We also had the Gyoza dumplings and a few drinks and left extremely pleased. They have a section for games and pool - a VIP table…so cool! We had a great time and will definitely return on a Friday since we found out there is LIVE music!

The restaurant is always empty, when you have to pay they add 18% tip but they don't tell you nor do they tell you if you give them more tip. It seems a little dishonest and unpleasant to me, he added 18% and I left him $50 in tip without knowing that it was already added because he never told me and he didn't give me the itemized invoice to hide it.
The food is not that good, the service is terrible and they take a long time to serve you. Honestly I wouldn't go back to this place.

My first time in this restaurant and it was horrible, everything was bad, the service was super bad, at least on the day, the waitress didn't know anything, I asked her for wines and she asked me if I wanted the red wine together in the same glass with the white wine, I asked for one pasta and it was not the same sorry but the truth is everything was horrible I do not give my recommendation to anyone
