Mostly upset with the 15% gratuity that was on the bill without us knowing! When we got the bill it just had the total. We added a 20% tip and it wasn’t until we asked for a receipt that we found out it had a gratuity for 2 people. Food was great, took a good 40 minutes to come out though and we were the only ones in there. Good vibe place though. Very clean and nice staff!

The food at this restaurant was phenomenal! They made us fresh limeade for drinks and we did a fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and fettuccine carbonara. Both dishes were spot on and the service was great. We were the only people at the restaurant which I can only figure is because of its location and how late we were there. Give it a try and I’m sure you will feel the same.

I just picked up an order that I placed on the phone. It was a grilled chicken and an edamame. The girl at the host stand charged me with gratuity mandatory even when I picked up and also a fee for paying with my card (makes no sense at all) ... and it's if it weren't enough, she passed me the machine asking for additional tip with the options 20% and bellow. I still wondering in which part of the process did I get the server service that I paid for and how can she ask for even more tip. Soooo bad, never again.
Please control what your employees and charging because me and all my office team do not want to order there anymore.
