Drove out of the way to go there and they were closed even though it was 4pm and the app said they were open until 8pm

Called to see if they sell soup. The girl answered responded with no speak English. I said is there someone who speaks English and she hung up. So unprofessional and rude.

Had a great lunch at this place, oh the service! Was incredible to be able to talk to the team and know they know their customer’s names and their typical orders!

The food was so good, their garlic knots might be my favorites ever.

I'm from NJ & used to get pizza from #1 pizza in S. Jersey..This place is even better! Also ate at Lombardi's in downtown NYC..This place is better! And the people here are lovely!

Found this small little pizza place in medley and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The food was great and the pizza was amazing..the service was good and the owner/cook came to our table since it was our first time eating there. She is a very lovely lady. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

As a Canadian visiting Florida, I stumbled across this gem while exploring the area. Napolitano is more than just your average pizza joint — the hospitality here blew me away. We placed our order, and not only did everything arrive fresh and packed with flavour, but they even surprised us by including more food than we expected, just out of pure generosity.

The pizza was phenomenal, the salad crisp and fresh, and those garlic knots? Unreal. It’s clear this is a proud, locally owned spot with a lot of heart. Highly recommend if you’re in the area — I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in Florida.
