Went thru drive through due to Covid restrictions. Despite a long line the service was fast. Food was good & hot.

They've made some changes here...for the most part...good. Now the food: Do you remember that old movie about a guy who shrunk his kids? Now, before you answer...think on all those new commecials that show piles of meat and gigantic helpings at Arbys because we know "we have the meats"...maybe?! Ok, now back to the movie..."honey, I shrunk the meats". My Reuben covered about 2/3 of my bread and was spread thin...all clumped to the side...and the size of the bread...well, it shrunk also. If it had not been for the coupons...well, I really would have cried. So, I guess those coupons are the only safety net for what used to be a really nice lunch stop.

We stopped after 12 hours on the road and checked out Arby's after we had checked in to our motel. Standard Arby's fair, service seemed a bit difficult to get straight for the staff. Food was normal fair for Arby's - it was what we expected and wanted for a (fairly) quick bite to eat after a long day driving.
