Unfortunately, the Tostada was pre made and not fresh and the pastelito de guayaba was soggy.

I’ve lived in Miami all my life, and I have to say that this is the worst of the worst bakeries I have ever been to. My husband ordered an egg and ham sandwich on cuban bread, no cheese. Wrong sandwich completely, not to mention the eggs were completely burnt. I ordered a steak sandwich, not a single onion on the sandwich and the steak was so thin and overcooked I could barely chew it. A couple of pastels and a platter of pastelitos. When we took the egg sandwich back, the cashier caught an attitude right away, she went to tell the cook the sandwiches were wrong, she then came out of the kitchen, and gave us the nastiest stare. She gave us another egg sandwich that was even worse than the first one. They are nasty employees, taking out the trash, coming back in handling the food, no washing of the hands, totally disgusting. We completely wasted 50+ dollars. If I could give a zero, I would.. Don’t waste your money at this location. All the bad reviews is saying something about this place.

These idiots have not one person in here that speaks English! You gotta be kidding me.
It’s my fault for continuing to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt. This morning my husband and I came here for a quick breakfast and it was horrible. The attendants are nice but nice doesn’t cut it when you spend $25 on one tostada, 3 croquettas, 2 pastelitos and 2 coffee. I get it everything is going up in price I’m not complaining about the price, but if you’re going to charge that much it better be made with love and fresh.
My tostada was for sure old bread. Chewy. Under toasted. Disappointing. All the croquetas were poorly cooked. Under cooked on the inside over cooked on the outside. The pastelitos were also poorly cooked. My cafe con leche must have been sitting there for a while because its was separated. It’s not a macchiato.
All I can say is that I wish I wasn’t rushing to work so I could take it back and show them how disappointing it was and request a refund. Never going back again. I’ve given you guys too many chances.

This was our first visit to a Vicky Bakery, and while we’d heard great things about the chain, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. To start, there were no prices listed on the menu board, which was surprising—most places display prices clearly for customers.
We ordered the Media Noche, but the pork inside was cold, which really took away from the experience. The tostadas also fell short; they were served with butter that wasn’t fully melted. The highlight of our visit was the coffee, which was quite good and would be the only reason we might consider coming back.
As for the service, it felt a bit unwelcoming, almost as if our presence was an inconvenience—oddly at odds with the “Good Vibes Only” sign displayed on the counter. To top it off, the music was too loud and didn’t enhance the atmosphere.

Came to Doral location and I paid 15 bucks for a kid size amount of breakfast. I was shafted and If these ladies don’t like their jobs, they should find a new one ! Terrible service ! Put my hand as a reference !

Despite me going there often, I pre-ordered a toast with cheese and a coffee collected. To arrive at the store and was skipped by Spanish people when I arrived at the counter first and then when the person the put in front of me to say to them in Spanish she was here first was like really. They obviously thought I didn't know Spanish or some type of Spanish because of my color. Anyway I let the person know I was there to pickup just for her to just be taking my order. Unacceptable, I left out and took my money elsewhere.

Decided to try this place for an afternoon cortadito and a palmera. Coffee was cold and pastry was stale! Very disappointed! Now I see why the ratings are low. I just wasted $6. Much better at Pubic or Sedanos. DO NOT recommend 😩😩

11 dollars for this? That's embarrassing. Also, the croquettes, empanadas, and bread for the tostadas were definitely from the day before. Not fresh at all, and overpriced. I have given them a chance multiple times, but this time, they will not be seeing me there again.

Came to get some coffee and croquettes de pollo. They didn’t have milk options. Not even almond milk. And no croquettes de pollo. The Vicky’s bakery that used to be is now a thumbs down. Not the same sweat hearted employees they used to have. Anyways that’s my take. I hope I didn’t get anyone fired for this.
