Terrible service. The girls who serve seem to be forced to work or simply do not like the work. The food is another matter, I ordered a chocolate cheesecake it ended up being a cake of who knows what, anything but cheesecake. So much advertising to end up being a terrible disappointment and unjustified waste of money. My recommendation is that you don't go so that you end up going bankrupt.

Always a pleasure going in the mornings, despite their heavy traffic on mornings they are quick to make everything and give the best service. The iced coffees and pastries are delicious and highly recommend, the pan con bistec is also an incredible lunch item and always made fresh.If you are ever in a rush I highly recommend placing the order via Toast app.

My worst experience with a bakery chain .Had a very special birthday event ( wife turning 60 ) ordered a special custom made fondant cake a week before the event.a black and gold trim fondant cake and when I went to pick up the person working the front took cake straight from display case straight to rear counter and placed in box without me even seeing it.when I got home opened box for the party and was very displeased to see that the cake was dark purple and the sides of cake was bulging. The cake costs me $137.00 What A DISSAPOINTMENT. They refunded the money to my credit cards but didn't even offered to provide me with another cake at that time since I needed one urgently. The manager never even contacted with me or got on phone to excuse the big error.

The customer service is disgusting ? in this place the two girls who work in the morning apparently work under obligation, both distracted, my breakfast was burned and to make matters worse, I apologize, the truth is that I don't even understand how in a place where the consumer starts the day with A breakfast starts off badly due to the terrible service of these two girls. I don't understand how so many people who want to work and have more professional ethics let a business get a bad reputation like what I've been seeing here.

This Cuban bakery is small and kind of hard to find, but worth looking for. Not only was the staff, Uber, friendly, but all the pastries were delicious. They even make a full breakfast if you like. I was hosting a business meeting and I decided to surprise everyone with some Cuban pastries. They absolutely loved them. And I had called ahead and they had everything ready for me.I wish I lived closer and I would definitely visit that place more often.

They also don't follow their posted hours, often opening later or earlier, which is very frustrating. It won't be long until another bakery opens in the area and closes them down.
