We had a nice experience and the view of the bay was really lovely. We all started with the house salad and bread service which comes with all entrees. The salad wasn’t anything special and I couldn’t figure out the dressing but it was creamy. Our entrees included roasted pork shank, Wiener schnitzel with peppercorn sauce, goulash and breaded chicken breast. Everything was excellent including the side of spatzels, which were on the dense side. We ordered the Black Forest cake to go and it had almost no flavor, which was a disappointment. Service was good but the food does take some time to come out but the salads came out quickly. We would return as each entree was excellent.

Food was decent and I'm glad to experience German food. The prices are higher than what is advertised on Google by $15 or more. The potato pancakes appetizer was very disappointing but our dinners were good not amazing . Our waitress was ignoring my bf for some reason and it was a bit weird other than that the atmosphere is beautiful inside . Overall I wouldn't go again

This is the closet you get to authentic German food anywhere in Central Florida. Fantastic location / views and atmosphere. Love the white tablecloths fine dining style and real wood furniture. Great service and friendly owners! Wir kommen bald wieder :)

You would expect an authentic German restaurant to have some kind of crazy German name. But not this place it doesn’t matter? No! Every time I’ve eaten there the food has been perfect. Some of the best schnitzel I’ve ever eaten. The view is great, and the service is efficient and cheerful. Warsteiner beer on tap . Don’t miss out on this out-of-the-way, Gem!

The place is down a driveway in a back area. A little culinary retreat with a dock to explore outback. We chose weissbier and warsteiner to drink and delicate potato pancakes with sour cream and apple cranberry compote to go with is a perfect starter.
They have a yummy sampling of coleslaw, pickled beet, a cucumber salad, and a house salad dressing on the main salad portion. The main dishes are not small portions. But embarrassed to say I left with no take home. Also, desert black forrest cake was heaven and the 10 yr port. I left spoiled.
Trisha brought knowledgeable, thoughtful service to an amazing anniversary dinner.

We definitely look forward to coming back.

A wonderful gem of a restaurant just down the coast from Melbourne. It was an unexpected surprise in the land of ocean themed restaurant's that often offer nothing more than the gimmick itself. This is not one of those places. The atmosphere is soft and serene, cozy, and pleasant. The appetizer; potato pancakes, were amazing. The appetizer salad, fresh greens, simple and elegant. The main course, tenderloin, Jager sauce, asparagas was a dream. And of course, a side of sourkraut to blend in with the meal, along with a couple glasses of Reisling topped everything off perfectly. The flavors were perfect. The portions were perfect. Staff were friendly, and kind, and the view from the restaurant made whole experience seemingly surreal. This is a new personal favorite and a big win for Melbourne.
