Got to spend vacation time enjoying Rockies, and I was happy to go back everyday. The staff was friendly and professional, the coffee shop had a great vibe to it and was very clean, and the drinks and food were well priced and delicious!

Went here after our regular coffee shop stopping serving turbinado sugar as this sugar goes best in gourmet coffees. This is our second time here, the first time was great, the second time not so. For a place that serves a sauce Rockies sauce, you would think they would put enough on the sandwich to taste it, also the sausage they serve on their breakfast sandwiches was very bland, lacking any flavor. Though the portions were large, the entire atmosphere was too scattered and not calm as a beachside coffee cafe should be. The staff comprises of young adults most likely still in school or just starting college, they are not skilled in service. Needless to say, this will no longer be a stop for us. When I visit a place I like to know that it is consistent, this is how it becomes a regular stop, they fell short of this on the second visit.

This became our morning go to place for a REAL cappuccino every morning in Melbourne Fla.
Lex our 1st server recognized my sweatshirt and we struck up a conversation.
On the last visit before leaving I had a lengthy conversation with one of the owners. She was magnificent and passionate.

Okay so I sit down and suddenly everything is… right. The Backyards sandwich shows up and the cheese pull is actually unreal—like slow-motion, movie-worthy, spiritual. One bite and I’m melting into my seat wondering if chairs were always this comfortable or if this sandwich unlocked something in me.
Then there’s the Maui pineapple smoothie. Sweet, cold, perfect. I’m sipping it like I’m afraid it might disappear if I drink it too fast. I genuinely considered ordering a second one just to emotionally prepare for the end of the first.
And the burritos… listen. These burritos don’t just cure hangovers, they forgive you for the night before. Warm, filling, life-restoring energy. I felt my soul reboot.
Rockies Cafe isn’t just food. It’s a vibe. A safe place. A “wow I should come here more often” moment. 10/10, would happily lose track of time here again.
