Cool little hole in the wall joint with great atmosphere and ocean breezes. Our server was very friendly and quick. We enjoyed sitting at a little table outside on the sidewalk. I ordered an omelet with feta cheese and extra hot peppers, and was delighted to get an omelet just busting open with hot peppers! Very tasty. I did not care for the home fries, but they were more than generous with the portions, and I was full when we left.
Good food, friendly staff, ok prices.
My last visit here was 2 years ago (from out of state). Last visit was memorable for me and them as I blacked out when I stood up after eating. (Due to a medication complication, not the food 😊) Fell hard. Banged my head and spent 3 days in the Melbourne hospital. I had to come back since I couldn't remember much from the visit 2 years ago. If you're from the area or in the area, it's worth a visit!

Sunnyside Cafe is an absolute gem! The tuna melt was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Our server, Alex, did a great job and was incredibly attentive from start to finish. The entire restaurant is clean, organized, and clearly well-managed. You can feel the positive energy from the moment you walk in, and it’s no surprise they have so many great reviews.
