It seems that every different worker makes up their own rules on who is allowed to enter the store. Used to stop multiple times a day as it is near home but when I am told to get out for carrying a bag smaller than the woman who was checking out had in her hand I will never step near this place again. Also I was in this store to buy a drink 45 minutes prior and nothing was said to me by the person on register as well as when I was there 8 hours before that.

Just stopped to get cigars. Older woman tall, long hair, had the rudest attitude of maybe any person working a register I have encountered in over fifty years. I was at the register and she was yelling at me "What?! What kind?! Do you have issues?" etc. How could she be allowed to get away with this kind of thing. She's obviously clueless I would imagine as to how lucky she really is.

Horrible. Terrible. 2:30am, the guy that works at night was rude and disrespectful to me. I was trying to buy a Big Gulp drink and he snatched my cup out of my hand. The managers need to talk to him about diversity.

Sept 7 2023 at 2:39 am a nearly balded man was at was at the front register I asked for mini tacos and he already had an additude when I asked then when he said 10-15 minutes I asked why and he said he had to stock up shelves around the store before he can just toss them in the oven for me and then also use the bathroom and when I said he can’t just throw them in for me he said I have to wait 15 minutes he obviously just doesn’t want to do his job and picked the midnight shift so he can get away with doing absolutely nothing

Nothing different about this 7-Eleven except they're very well under the weather if you know what I mean. Garbage can been laying over for 2 days now and it's still not picked up

Stopped to get gas, drinks, and use the restroom. Got 2 out of 3...neither of the bathrooms work, men's or women's, which is illegal."(2)(a) Each public lodging establishment and each public food service establishment shall maintain public bathroom facilities in accordance with the Florida Building Code as approved by the local building authority."When we asked the cashier where the employees go...she responded "we go to McDonald's to use the bathroom "....which was a 1/4 mile away...I suspect this was a smart aleck response going by her personality(or lack of one) with another person before we even spoke to her. Newly taken over store or not, not providing a working restroom for your staff or the public while serving food is against the law.Disappointed in the lack of service (or even a smile) since we are regular 7 eleven customers who purposely seek out their stores out over others.

Today, I stopped by (Courtenay and Lucas location) and every single security seal was removed. Don't risk getting your gas at locations that don't take your financial security seriously.Edit in reply to the owner's response: Just go outside and check your security seals. Every single one was missing. You don't need any more information, and I'm not clicking on some random link in order to provide you with the same information you can get here.

Coffee machines are limited. Some spouts are broken or just pouring out tinted water. No effort put into the preparation of the coffee... either watered down or too bitter.

1st no receipts in gas pumps so you cant a receipt. 2nd it was my 2nd time there for hot dogs and didnt have any dogs available or buns. The clerk said i qoute " i only work here" and didnt know when hot dogs or buns would come in. This is suppose to be a convince store but it not convenient. The owner needs to sell the store if they cant keep up with suppliers

Worst 711 I have ever been to. You know how bad it is with the thievery, store being closed at random hours, and the loitering that goes on makes those that live mere minutes away fear going there after dark. Find another gas station and save your money

Always outstanding customer service.. ? Their coffee ☕ is excellent with a aromatic taste.. If your wanting a quick bite the 7-11's are always a great store to shop.. They have a wide selection of drinks and snacks.. Keep up the good work.. ☺ Thanks !!!
