2 people walk in, order food, but only one meal was served. The reason, an unsupervised trainee at the register forgot to ring up the second meal. Only thing for the mistake was a half assed apology for forgetting. Worst service ever.
Usually my favorite location with excellent service I live in the apartments right next to it and come probably once a week. Today they had a young girl working the front by the name of Kyla VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I simply asked for a moment to look at the menu and got an eye roll and a very rude response about that not being what she asked. Clearly she thinks she can treat people however she likes with no repercussions very unfortunate.

Very Bad experience, Bad service, racist and rude staff, I knew of some Latinos who had a bad experience in this place and I went to see if it was like that. Indeed, the person who attends is very broken and poorly educated, I preferred to leave the place and eat at Arbis on Us1 where a very kind and friendly young woman (woman) served me.

Had a late night craving. Arby's crushed it as usual. What made it better was Dejon. The most pleasant individual I've ever encountered in this setting.
Arby's has a unique little niche in the market with their roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and they've branched out to other menu items. Budd their buns are very soft and delicious, and the meat with the cheddar cheese on it is delicious and unique. My other favorite reason for going to Arby's is their jamocha shake, which has a delicious chocolatey coffee flavor and it's so very good. They have a great location on US1 in cocoa And their service is always fast and the place always seems clean and well. Run. Arby's is a great establishment.
Parking: There's a parking lot right on the premises with plenty of parking on both sides of the building. Very accessible, easy in and out and easy access from US1 as well as the side street which is Hardee
Kid-friendliness: Good kid options on the menu and it's a good kid-friendly place
Stopped here today and waited for 10 minutes and nobody came and took our order. Two employees looked at us and just ignored us. The order screen got cleared and said no orders and still nothing, so we left. Worst service ever and I usually stop and eat here but no more.
The new GM Justin and his crew were very friendly and accommodating!! They also have good customer service skills, which isn't really seen anymore! Thanks, guys! I will go back now.
