The service and food is always great, but today I mistakenly ordered food to pick up at another location, and they took care of it for me. Tried the Hawaiian fish sandwich and it was okay. The fish was crispy, did not care for the toppings but the bun was good
The food came out cold. The fish was cold. The fries where cold. The manager did get me a new fish sandwich and fresh fries. The employees where seating in the counter.

I am not happy with Arby's in Merritt Island at all. I ordered for my family for the first time online and modified the sauce, it said 1 I made it 0 and updated order. For some reason it did not update where I definitely put update when I modified to no sauce because sauce is nasty to me. I picked up my order and when I got home I found that my beef and cheddar had yucky sauce on it. I called the manager and reported it and he refused to replace my order, said online it didn't say no sauce. So I speak to his manager who was not there tomorrow.
