I'm giving a two out of 5 solely due to less than stellar customer service. It was our first time trying Ardella's. We ordered three hot Italian subs. We paid around $37. To me the minimum for good customer service is to greet every customer that comes through the door and then say "thank you, come again" or something along those lines. The employees ignored us when we walked through the door and the guy that gave us our order said nothing when I said thank you. Very rude. Don't think we'll be back if we're going to spend that much and get treated like we're putting them out.

A good vs. a great Italian sub is determined by the bread for me; same with the Cuban. Ardella’s is doing it right. They had some of the best fries I’ve ever had too. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. It was very clean.

Tried this today, The sandwiches were the kind you get usually at a local deli with good portions. The tuna was stacked thick and the Italian beef was on par with au jus and spicy peppers. Would do this again and glad we have a sandwich shop of this caliber close by.

First time and Ardellas did not disappoint!!! All the staff was AMAZING, FRIENDLY AND FAST!! Sandwiches and sides were all favorable and well presented. Establishment was very clean so we dined in. We'll be back for sure. Our new Sandwich place of Florida!!

really like this place, have been three times. Today I ordered the turkey bacon ranch which is very good, but today the turkey was different Turkey from the last time i ordered it , not nearly as good quality turkey, which was kind of upsetting. Everyone in my family likes the sandwiches though , just wish they would go back to the other turkey i had a couple weeks ago.

First time. We live on Merritt Island and always try new local places. It was 7 of Us, we all ordered a variety from the menu, food was meh, ok. We all found it expensive for what it was. Nothing special. No reason to return.
