BJ's Wholesale Club

Ordered curbside delivery on a $350 order. They texted it was ready. Went there....let them know what spot I was in...and was informed there is no order!! I went inside to give them the order number and had to wait for them to put the order together. Then they wouldn't take it out and load it for me. There were 2 men standing near my car and they wouldn't help me. I'm very dissatisfied.

Please bring back musclepharm protien combat powder. As you can see. These ain't selling.

Nice location as it’s central on the island. Clean inside and very helpful staff. The manager really knows her stuff and goes out of her way to help. It shows in the staff.The door people can treat you like a thief at times, but it’s hard to see people’s faces behind a mask. I just know I’ve been hounded but, but maybe I look the steamer type, who knows.They finally fixed the gas line!

So disappointed today. Went to the tire center yesterday 2x. Only 1 employee who was swamped. The waiting room was full due to the tire sale they have. So, I went back this morning at 9:00am. No one came to open the dept. Waited in the cold for a half hour. 5 other cars showed up while I waited & left too. Called the front desk to let them know that it was still closed. Been shopping at Bj's since this location opened. They don't seem to care. So, I went to Walmart & purchased my Michelin tires from them. That's money Bj's lost. They truly need to work on their customer service skills. In my day, the management would have stepped in to do the job. Not here.

They have stuff there, you can buy the stuff. But they don’t wholesale good attitudes. All of them are grumpy, only one with a good attitude was the door greeter. Fiancés first bjs shopping experience was getting dirty glances and no help to know what’s going on. And being throughly rushed. Definitely seems like if you wanted to talk to a manager they would be the same way. Regardless I’m still gonna get my grocery items every once in a while.. but I think I’ll stick more to Walmart and Publix.

They need more pumps at the gas station. Cars are lined up into the street all day long. Takes forever to get gas every time. The only reasonable time to get as is soon before they close.

BJ's has a dangerous setup for their gas pumping. Car lines have to extend onto the highway creating a dangerous scenario. Just a matter of time before someone gets hit. Hard to understand why they don't reverse the entry and exit. That would solve this dangerous situation. Easy fix but they won't do it.

I give it three stars because being a member of a warehouse club, I find it irritating to have to clip coupons (or save them to my phone app). It's not my favorite warehouse club, but it's convenient. The bathrooms are not as clean as they have been during the early years of the pandemic. The staff are courteous and helpful. I'd like more organic items, but I do ok between here and Aldi's.

I just renewed by bjs card I really like the store. Yet today we were looking for Ribeyes. They were 22.00 a lb. We thought no way. We stopped at Publix on the way home just to ck the difference. They were 12.00 a lb it was double at Bjs. What a big difference for a wholesale club don't get it.

BJ’s need to relocate the entrance to the gas pumps and put the exit where the entrance is currently. The directions were changed to to enter the gas area from the parking lot NOT the street. Currently traffic is coming in from both directions causing traffic and people losing their minds. This is a safety hazard and when I spoke to the attendant he stated they can’t direct traffic as 2 employees were hit by cars. Come on people!

BJ’s should be sued for the dangerous conditions they have created with their gas pump set up outside the store. I’ve seen numerous accidents nearly happen because of their horrific design of the gas station and their lack of employees out there directing traffic. If they can’t set it up effectively, they shouldn’t have gas pumps there at all.

WE ORDERED A WATER SLIDE AND PAID OVER. 100$ IN SHIPPING. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE TUESDAY AND HERE WE ARE GOING OM FRIDAY AND ITS STILL NOT HERE.. YOU HAVE A MOMMA BEAR GETTING MORE MADER AND MADER BY THE MINUTE. HOW DO I KEEP TELLING MY 5 YO THAT HE AINT GETTING IT YET AGAIN. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN... NOR RECOMMEND IT.

Great selection of food, produce, clothing, etc. They also have a deli and bakery, overall I recommend shopping here over Sam's.

Was walking around minding my own business and employee started following me for now apparent reason. maybe thought i was stealing. never in my life i have been arrested before , they profile you on how you look. if you have tattoos and built they will think youre a criminal and youre stealing. cant believe we have been spending our hard earned money here. check the supervisor.
