I want to thank the owner for making and delivering such a gorgeous and super delicious gluten free cake. This cake was so good and the filling had real fresh pineapple and strawberries with no preservatives. I literally couldn't even tell it was gluten free and vegan!! The cake was absolutely a special treat for my birthday and I will definitely be recommending this bakery to others.

I ordered a pineapple rum upside down cake. It was delivered as promised and it almost made me bite my tongue. She really put her foot (a good thing) in this cake. Thank you Mami for the outstanding work…

Delicious cake!!!!!

I requested a custom cake and received a cake that looked like a child decorated it.. I was absolutely floored. This is my reply. I am only able to edit my review. I can't reply to the owner of the company.......I am changing my star review, because the cake was very good. The custom decoration was the issue. The order was a long time ago. I just decided I would not do business with the company anymore. Yes, indeed I ordered and purchased the cake not checking it first. I was running late to the party. I apologize it was a late review.

My brother is in a nursing home in Rockledge, and I live in Denver, his only relative in touch with him. The staff cares for him so beautifully, and when the stimulus came I had a chance to thank them, and fulfill my brothers wish for cannoli. What an easy thing for me to do online with Andrea. She has a regular delivery service and I got my gift delivered in just a few days no problem. She was not open for in store purchases, but that may have changed as of today.This is the sweetest calcium delivery confection I know of, and dipping them in dark chocolate is the best idea yet!

I am originally from the NY Metropolitan Area. I grew up eating New York Cheesecake. I have baked my own New York cheesecakes. I don't have to do that anymore - BoriMami Cheesecakes are delicious, and creamy and am so glad I found it! I also bought Christmas cookies, but they are all gone, so my guests will have to deal with something from Publix, because I will not be able to get back to the bakery before Christmas. I JUST HEARD THAT BORIMAMI LOST THEIR LEASE!!!!!!!!!HORRIBLE NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE LET US ALL KNOW WHEN YOU FIND A NEW LOCATION - I NEED MY GOOD (non-jiggly) FLAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And those awesome Black&White Cookies. . . SOOOOOO yummy! And the Tres Leches. . . and the Peanut Butter Pie. . . and. . . and. . . and. . .

The Red Velvet Whoops Pies are AMAZING! We have tried to make them at home, we have had them from other bakeries ( purchased both in-person and from mail-order) but nothing like these--- WOW! These are thick and tall and did not flatten out in the baking process. Excellent with the fresh-brewed coffee they make. Well worth the long drive we have to make to get there ---Andrea and her assistant Ashley do amazing work, and it is a good thing BoriMami is not closer or we would all put on another 60 pounds real quick. Looking forward to our next trip there in the New Year. THANK YOU!!!

What a rude owner. Never going back and giving my business to a person who is completely not helpful to her potential customers. All of our questions were unanswered or answered with an attitude. If I could give zero stars for her customer service I would. Could not get past that in order to try her cakes.
