Spencer, the cashier who rang us up, is an absolute joy. He clearly LOVES Burger King. He was telling us his favorite menu items and what to order next time. Very nice to see. This establishment is lucky to have him.Fix the lettering on the sign. It gives a very bad first impression. We thought the place was closed.

Every time I go by this Burger King they make me pull around to the double doors to receive the food. I asked what the wait was because I ordered nothing special. She said “there’s no wait. He’s making it right in front of you. but my timer is running. So I can’t get in trouble. “. So me and another car are sitting here waiting… again … so they don’t get in trouble for being too slow? AND THE FOOD WAS COLS WHEN I GOT IT’

Usually don’t leave reviews but the cook Frank cooks them burgers hands down better then SpongeBobs crabby patty. Had to go back for another! Also there was a super nice lady working at the window, didn’t catch her name 01/30/24 at around 11:30pm. They deserve a raise. 10 stars for

Don't eat fast food regularly but had a taste for a BK. Time in drive thru not too bad and transaction not too long but getting home, half unwrap sandwich and take a bite.. 1st bit something very crunchy, thinking carbon from the grill. Second bite, more crunch. I open sandwich completely and on bottom piece of meat and bun is dirt and the longest piece of hair. Lead me to believe they dropped my food on the floor and decided to still serve it.Will never visit a Burger King anywhere again.

Ok it was end of breakfast time but still give people fresh food when they pay for that service. Mid grade service for not staying on top of checking if food going out the door is fresh. Biscuit was hard as a brick. Hash browns cold. Smh. Come on.

Ordered a couple burgers and sides around 11pm. It looked like there was only one employee on shift. Service wise, 100% the most professional employee I've had the pleasure of encountering after 10pm.

Waited about 5 minutes at the speaker after being told to hold. Only one car Infront of me. Waited about 10 min more after ordering just to be told AT THE WINDOW, "Just so you know we are out of hadbrowns and". I cut her off and said "Nevermind then, I have been waiting for almost 20 min" and I drove off. I went to the other Burger King location on 520 and spent less than 5 min total in the drive through.If she had told me over the speaker that they were out of items that I had ordered than I would have said thank you and left. But I guess that's to much to ask considering the sign said "are speaker is broken" instead of "OUR speaker is broken". If you can't be bothered to proof read a sign, than you can't be bothered to do your job correctly.Just save the time and drive the mile or so to the other location.
