CHAMPS STEAKHOUSE & BAR

First time to visit since it turned over to Champs. Went with a small group of lady friends for lunch. Our server, Lindsey, was on top of things, and accommodating to us chatty ladies. She helped us through the menu with suggestions. There is a daily menu special as well. 2 of us had the berry salad, 1 had the Ceasar salad and 1 had the daily BBQ sandwich special. All of us said it was a do-over for the meal. Lindsey made sure we wanted for nothing. Very good service!

Went there yesterday and enjoyed $2 draft beers and much camaraderie around the bar. Hamburgers look great and at $9 ($8 on Mondays)...a good choice. Might want to enjoy the ribs for special pricing on Thursdays, too. Nice atmosphere, clean and neat and nice folks running the bar. Will definitely go again!

The wait to get in was 38 minutes, which actually seemed positive that place was good. We ordered an appetizer and 4 entrees.
Appetizer took 30 minutes to come
Two of us had steak dinners and ordered a salad as a side. Salads never came and we asked server if we could get our salads, he said no it comes w entree which has already been an hour since we ordered. Apparently new owner is Canadian and server said he may not know in US we serve salad first. We thought that was cute. Our food finally came and it would have been excellent had it not all been cold. It’s a soft opening for them so to be fair food was tasty but they have a lot to figure out. Our food had been done a long time to be so cold. We will go back as we watch reviews. I think it can be a great dining experience w a lot more work!

Going to a restaurant during Opening Week is asking for punishment. Not the case with Champs.

The fried pickles (spears) and the wings were excellent. The Steak, Burger, and Ribs were cooked perfectly and tasted very good.

Add a few more IPA choices either draft and/or bottle/can. I didn’t expect a phone for our time for seating, was anticipating a text.

Friendly service, thanks Jewell and nice conversation with BK. The Bartenders were amazing and helpful.

Nice comfortable steakhouse decor, look forward to the Tiki Bar opening.

Josh was great!! Such an enjoyable experience, we will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed Champs! It’s an outstanding steakhouse with really good food. The atmosphere is great, and the bar selection is top-notch. Service is friendly and attentive, making for an overall fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend!
