Chili's Grill & Bar

I love chili food in Palm bay. I visited this location and was very disappointed. The burgers were disgusting, the burger meat was bad and smelly. I was eating and I smelled something stink. It was my burger that was disgustingly stink. They still cooked it up and served my baby son and I. I would never visit this location again. This chili needs to be inspected regularly. People put their trust in y'all to serve good food, and y'all take shortcuts thant can end people's life. Y'all should be ashamed of doing what y'all did to us.

Not normally a fan of chain restaurants, but my spouse wanted to eat here so I went along.

There were a lot of people eating, but we were seated right away and given menus. Drinks were ordered and delivered right away, and tasty.

We ordered two different 3 for me entrees. Old timer burger with fries and chips and salsa and chicken bacon quesadilla with loaded baked potato soup.

Portions were huge and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious.

I was quite surprised how good the food looked and tasted. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything needed, that everything was acceptable, and bringing refills quickly.

I’ll say, this restaurant is doing everything right and we’ll be back.

ordered for pickup and they barely gave us fries with our plates with our burgers. this is the second time they’ve done this i’m not sure why they thought it was ok even if they were busy. $60 down the drain for like 10 fries with our burgers. very disappointed.

Great for a large family like ours. The price was right and they had all the old-time Chili's hits plus new menu items. The kid's menu was pretty large and it was about less than $7 for their meals. Only another $1.50 for a kid's scoop of iced cream (good bribe if they behave at dinner). Our server was on-point and kept our drinks filled without us needing to ask. I liked his style because he was chill and not overly friendly and talkative. Sorry I couldn't remember your name ): tall, 40s something white guy with an emo-type rocker haircut? All the staff were nice and we got seated right away. I also didn't feel bad if the kids let out a squawk because it's a more family-friendly restaurant. Very much appreciated and grateful for Chili's staying good all these years.

I’ve been to chilis many times before but this experience tops it all. We were seated and the server was efficient and we received our drinks and food very quickly! I had an issue with my food and my husband spoke up. Our server Chris handled it right away and the manager was just as attentive. They made sure to give me a meal that I was happy with and I was very grateful being I never want to cause any issues they reassured me and said it was no problem for them at all. So happy with my experience and will be seeing them for days to come!

No obligations to customers. No one answers phone. On line Togo Unavailable. Walked completely through restaurants. 3pm On a monday. Maybe 12 people total. Bartender did not acknowledge and no hostess. To go direct to hostess stand . However.... There is No hostess... lol

We were seated fairly quickly, was totally ignored after that, sat there 10 minutes two servers walked past us multiple times serving other tables , never said anything to us. We have been very loyal chili's customers over the years , and have had several of these types of bad service experiences from a few different locations, twice at this one. Seems like an upper management / training problem with the company. We usually go to a chili's with 3-8 people and getting this kind of poor service is getting ridiculous. We got up and headed out the door no host or anyone there to say anything to us. We went across the street to Outback steakhouse and had a perfect experience food and service.

On Saturday the 20th, I came in with my family and had an absolutely awful experience. At around 6 o’clock I witnessed a server aggressively screaming at the top of his lungs at a young female employee in the middle of the restaurant. I asked my server his name and they said Aaron. The man had to be in his mid to late 40s and he was shouting at what looked like a high schooler. I was so alarmed by the situation and I immediately went to report it to the manager but quickly realized that the MANAGER was standing right there with them ALLOWING this to happen. I did not see the manager speak up at all. The poor girl walked away crying. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed at a restaurant. This kind of harassment is unacceptable.

Wonderful place to eat, got treated for my birthday, Marie was awesome to my family, and the manager was great. The food was top notch. Drinks were outstanding.

So…. Me and my girl ordered food. Our food was fine.
Our brother had ordered a stir loin steak. He wanted a medium and there was pink in it like it was titled medium rare.
Cooks next time please temp it next time and actually serve it with attentiveness.
Other wise than that, the place is over all clean and nice and the waiter was so awesome thanks so much!!!
