Normally, I really like Chipotle, but if you order ahead here, make sure you check to the order is right and warm before you leave.
I was given someone else's order that had sat for a good while as it was stone cold. Then, they had the audacity to slap my name on top of the previous intended owners.
If management wants to see who performed this frustrating act, look at your tapes at ~5:43-5:50pm on November 27th. You can see your employee lie to my face.
Upon entering this location I immediately witnessed an employee dunking his arse into a burrito bowl. I am now a Moe’s guy.

Very friendly staff. Everything was fresh and delicious. The smoked brisket was delicious. They even have a drive thru!

Manager was rude, very smug with pompous comments about me being a firefighter and how we don't get discounts but police do cause they patrol the area and if I had a multi-million dollar company then I can make the rules. And I still get paid by the city if I come. My burrito was very poorly made aswell. Never going back.

Place is rapidly becoming just like the Vierra location. Always dirty and unorganized. It seems like no staff ever cleans. The restaurant has barely two months of opening! The outside patio is just full of trash and straw papers. HECK, WAWA gas station looks cleaner. THEY NEED TO SEEK NEW MANAGEMENT!

When you first walk in to use the restroom before you order you cannot ensure the restroom without a bathroom code from your receipt. After you wait in the ridiculous line and speak to the rude staff who doesn’t seem to know what they are doing and get your order after they almost give it to a different guest and get the code from your receipt it still doesn’t unlock the bathroom. Ultimately gave up and walked to the bathroom at the gas station next door.

I was really looking forward to the new Chipotle opening in town, but I was so disappointed. The staff seemed to have no common sense or professionalism. It’s shocking how much the level of service has dropped in the past few years. I went in two nights in a row and walked right back out both times. The serving station was a complete mess—food all mixed together and glass covered in smudges. Clearly, nobody here cares about keeping things clean or handling food properly.

Stopped by on a Saturday at Noon....prime time. Only 2 people working the line...who were also working as the cashier and stocking the food....who were literally running to keep up. Needless to say...long wait line and long time to finally eat. Unacceptable for a chain of this size and reputation to be so understaffed. Not sure i'll go back. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Served brisket "scraps" from nearly empty pan. Complained to cashier about quantity/quality. Said to wait "5 minutes" to get additional brisket. Finished eating/waiting 20 minutes without receiving additional brisket to finish order. Ripped off for $12.95 + tax. The serving counter looked like the result of a food fight! This location has only been open for a couple months and needs some SERIOUS MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION! Won't be going back anytime soon ...
Vegetarian options: Inside service sucks! Drive-thru gets all the priority (and as it turns out, all the available food items)!

I ordered a burrito and found hilarious on how small the portions are. Children size portions are a joke. Burrito cost me 16.42 . All I can say is what a waste of money . Not worth it , wouldn't consider it for the future.

It was 8:30 PM on the 27th. They were out of a lot of things. People were disappointed. The manager told me it is what it is. The place was filthy. The prep area was filthy. The grill was absolutely burnt and filthy. The floors were filthy. The serving line was filthy, my food was Burnt and cold never going back there again I will drive to Melbourne before I go back there again

I was so excited for the MI chipotle to open but it’s such a disappointment. Almost the entire staff is rude, they don’t clean the counter, and the food is gross. As someone with food allergies, there’s so few places I can eat safely and chipotle is one of them. Chipotle allergy protocol is that they wash their hands, change gloves, and wipe the counter. Every time I tell the person that’s about to prep my food I have a food allergy they roll their eyes and heavy sigh. I’ve never had that experience in the Viera Chipotle. Honestly spend the extra money on gas and just go to Viera where the people are nice, the restaurant is clean, and the food doesn’t taste like it’s been out for a week.
Dietary restrictions: Everything is gluten free except the burrito wraps. Don’t let the employees who don’t know their left hand from their right try to gaslight you that their crunchy taco shells have gluten in them. They’re made from corn. The girl today tried to argue with me about it and I pulled it up on the website.
