It took 40 minutes to be served after placing our order, which is unacceptable, especially since the restaurant was not at full capacity. When I mentioned the delay to the manager, her response was dismissive, saying, "You think?" This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the establishment.
Additionally, the cleanliness of this location leaves much to be desired. The floor was dirty and sticky, suggesting the need for a thorough deep cleaning. Overall, both the service and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Waited for our food for over 30 minutes. Food was cold when arrived to the table. Did not get the 3rd meal after 45 minutes of waiting for our food. Never came to the table to offer more drinks. Overall service VERY POOR!!
Waited an hour for food to come out, and there were a lot of people complaining about how cold their food was. Waitress was new, so I can't complain about her.

Dirty place, nasty food the waitress couldn't remember what we even ordered all the food that came was ice cold and the pancake was still raw. The bathroom belongs in a third world country and if you'd expect a refill on a drink you'd be let down , host was training someone who showed up in the middle of the meal asked us what we wanted to drink and a refill then proceeded to bring everything wrong and 3 extra waters 😂. This place was absolutely disgusting, I had a party of 8 and spent a lot as well. Never again will I step foot in this place and health code should really do an investigation before someone sues you for your disgusting establishment

I don't know if it's because of the weather but it doesn't look clean in general, supposedly I was going to have "bettlejuice" pancakes and they never said they ran out of green sparkles which was the only reason I ordered them 💔 but it was good taste and the smoothie with greek yogurt was the best of my meal 💖
