Loved the Kalua Pork Platter today. A side of Asian Cucumber Salad made it perfect. Wife had the burger and Ashley was a great server. Will definitely return to try out more.

First time coming here and it was great! Love the atmosphere and our server was very nice. Food was also very good! We started off with the half pound of peel and eat shrimp and the chef’s ceviche and for entrees I had the Kahlua Pork Sandwich and it was super tasty and he had the Poke Bowl. Great presentation and flavor! If you want a view of the water and have a nice meal, Dolphins is the place to go! 🐬

Just stopped by for a drink (or 2) while bar-hopping the Banana River, but this resort-style tiki bar (complete with resort-style prices) offers a chill waterfront vibe, especially nice when the sun goes down. Accessible by car (just off N Courtenay on Merritt Island @ Cape Crossing) and boat (just past the drawbridge on the Canaveral Barge Canal).

Randomly stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very nice and welcoming. She recommended the steak nachos. Portions were large enough to share and oh so good! Drinks were poured well. Overall it was a great experience and I'll be back.

We loved our experience at Dolphins! The kalua pork nachos were to die for. The perfect blend of umami and sweetness with the salty chips. I typically don't like pineapple on savory food but it balanced the nachos perfectly. My BLT was delicious and STACKED with crispy bacon. My boyfriend had the kalua pork platter and loved it (especially their mac n cheese). My rommates had blackened chicken and the salmon, both were cooked to perfection as well as so flavorful and tender. We loved the haupia (?) pie, which had a light coconut flavor and a delicious rich chocolatey middle and crunchy coconut crust. Our server, Dakota, was the cherry on top of a perfect meal. Dakota was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and knew every answer to (all 10 billion) of our questions. He was funny and instantly made us feel welcomed. All in all, a memorable meal with a great atmosphere! We will definitely be back.
Pictures not the best because we couldn't wait to dig in!

We really enjoyed our visit here. Our server anticipated our needs before we even had to ask for a refill. Added bonus is that we saw dolphins. My kids were ecstatic. 🤩 Wish I could have stayed longer for a drink (they looked amazing!) but our kids were ready for bed.

sat at the bar and ordered the tofu bowl to go. They gave me a tofu poke bowl. I told the bartender my order was not correct. I said I ordered the tofu bowl. She said they are basically the same. I said I cannot eat fish. She assured me no fish. I got back to our vacation rental and sure enough there was krab salad. My husband ate it and got diarrhea.

Thanks for opening despite the weather! We arrived during a massive downpour on our way to lodging near the KSC. The restaurant was definitely an unexpected gem, and we enjoyed everything we ate that night.

Our service was pretty prompt, and we enjoyed the tiki atmosphere. Our party ordered the chowder, the kalua pork platter, the loco moco, the salmon, and the catch of the day (swordfish that night). All of it was delicious to a very high level. We thought all of the seafood was plentiful and fresh, with the Hawaiian dishes being very unique (the beef quality in the loco moco and the flavor of the pork both very impressed us). Even the sides were outstanding. We definitely recommend to anyone passing by the area.
