Ordered a large Macha latte iced with a donut, once I received it, it looked full, it was mostly foam, yeap foam, you pay for a large and get the equivalent of a small, it's not worth it. Some of the attitudes can be adjusted at this location. Use to go all the time, had no problem.

Terrible service. Waited at drive thru for too long, no other customers there! Guy took money, gave change, closed the window and walked away without handing coffee out. Then we knocked on window, young woman responded and handed coffee out without a word, nevermind an apology.

Just came by through the drive thru and my partner and I were pleasantly greeted by a wonderful lady with the name tag “grandma”. She made my day and was extremely patient and nice to us!

So after working a really hard day, I always like to go into Dunkin’ Donuts and get a nice latte and an old-fashioned. It was Sunday the 29th at 6:39 pm I have never been so disrespected before in my life when it comes to customer service. Not to mention, they made me feel guilty because they mop the floor like I wasn’t supposed to come in and walk on it. The other thing was they didn’t greet me for at least five minutes ,store was empty so this lady ,of African-American descent, walked up to me with the longest face I’ve ever seen like she was pissed ,no smile, no nothing And I said to her ( how are you today? ) She looked at me. I just wanna take your order sir. I repeated (how are you today)? I wanna take your order, no expression nothing very disrespectful. Had an attitude with me like she always does. Not sure I will be back. It’s a shame because I like going there, but not after that. So I said, forget it, and I walked out. And as I was leaving, I could see both of them laughing as I pulled away.

Should never feel like I’m an inconvenience when ordering in drive thru. Very rude when ordering. Starbucks for sure next time.

This location needs a manger or better manager here at all times. They have no sense of urgency or process to avoid long lines causing backups that go out onto the main road. The employees don’t care, and seem disgruntled. I get it’s a donut shop but it needs someone supervising to avoid this hazard.

me and my friend ordered avocado toast, we didn’t even get the avocado toast we came back to get the avocado toast and she paid extra for bacon and didn’t even have bacon on it The lady was unpleasant and didn’t even apologize and also whenever she put the bacon on the avocado toast when we came back she put like three little pieces of bacon on there. i’m very disappointed in Duncan. Their prices are pretty pricey, and I should at least be served correctly if I could put zero stars, I would. treat your customers better✋
